In your case, we responded to every email you sent within minutes. Each message was read and handled with priority. Below is the full record of our communication:

As you can see, your order was cancelled promptly upon your request, and the refund process was clearly explained to you.

Therefore, the claim that we did not respond is incorrect — we replied quickly and clearly to every message you sent.

We must also firmly state that calling our business a "scam" is completely false and deeply unfair. Such accusations are serious and hurtful, especially when they do not reflect the reality of how we handled your case. We are a fully legitimate and registered company that has been operating for many years, always honoring our commitments to our customers.

We kindly ask that you refrain from using such terms in the future. We show our customers respect and professionalism, and we ask for the same in return.

If you did not see our replies, we suggest checking your spam or promotions folders, as sometimes our messages may be redirected there.
