Avoid at all costs
Absolute cowboys! DO NOT buy from here. I’ve had nothing but issues with my Audi TT since buying it from RDM direct in September 2024. No one ever replies to emails or letters and when you call, they promise someone will call you back, but no one does. After spending around £14,000 on my car, I now have no choice but to scrap it as it is useless, dangerous to drive and no Audi dealer will touch it because of it being remapped, something I had no idea about until taking it for a service. Ongoing leaking roof, suspension issues etc etc

Take my car here for servicing, MOT and for anything else which needs doing. The service from start to finish is always spot on. Always deal with Nick who can’t do enough to help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as the service is amazing.

After being extremely disappointed at Evan’s halshaw Rotherham by their senior Salesman(total idiot)it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with this company,Marvin the salesman at new st branch was absolutely brilliant,a great deal on our part exchange enabling us to buy a very well presented Nissan Qashqie ,great company,highly recommended!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Even after writing a review about this awful dealership I’m still waiting for my money back. Avoid at all cost and definitely don’t buy a red Astra DV17 it’s just sat there after being taken back by them because it was broken and my finance doing a full rewind. Rdm haven’t even sorted the tax and haven’t paid me the £2000 they owe to me.
Shocking company and shocking staff.
They are dodgy and won’t sort anything out.

Purchased several cars from this dealership.
A fantastic choice of vehicles across multiple sites in Burton On Trent, vehicles are honestly priced and with excellent part exchange options.
My go to is Adam or Nick who are particularly helpful , offering advice with services options , warranty and finance.
I have found them that good to deal with that I have purchased several vehicles hassle free over the years.
When I have had any problems they are quick to sort offering fantastic after sales support.
Non pushy sales staff , ability to test drive is all a plus here, and not to mention a free coffee !
Joking aside I give this dealership a solid 10/10 and would be happy to recommend anytime .
A refreshing change from pushy sales people and definitely make you feel valued as a customer .

Excellent service by John, he personally handled my purchase and helped me set up as a first time buyer and talked me through getting road tax and other things before I could drive off the lot. He didn't try and upsell me anything I didn't want and was super helpful.

I brought a 17 plate 1 series from here. They chucked in a service and fresh MOT, all friendly and a brilliant price for the car, hasn't gone wrong at all. Fully recommend!

Full of promises, no follow-up
I bought a car from this dealer on 4th March 2025. It had serious issues: limp mode, squeaky clutch, cruise control failure, and creaking suspension – some faults still not fixed.The car was returned after over 4 months (10th July). I was given two courtesy cars – one started smoking, the other (Jaguar) had an engine light on and burned double fuel.I was promised a refund for fuel on 14th July, but never received it – or the email I was told I’d get.They were polite before the sale, but ignored me completely afterwards.Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Avoid.

Dodgy MOTs
The process of buying my car wasn’t bad, but a year down the line when it came to its MOT, a snapped bolt was found in the glove box that somehow wasn’t picked up on the previous MOT, meaning it failed.
RDM did rectify this for me, although they were rude about it.
While this is more the fault of their neighbours who do their MOTs (Albion test centre), they obviously use them a lot.

Time wasters!
Directed to this company by Motorway to sell my car. They offered a higher price than anyone else so I accepted, however I received no communication from them and had to call them to try to arrange for them to pick my car up. Then despite multiple promises to collect, I had to wait in, for several days and evenings for them to collect with no show!
Finally when the did arrive they decided they didn't want the car anyway, but by this time I'd wasted nearly two weeks of my life and end up in no better position. No apologies from them, obviously not a care about messing customers about.
Time wasters. Stay well away!
