Hello,
First and foremost, we want to emphasize that we take all customer feedback seriously and strive to provide the best service possible. However, we feel it's important to clarify a few points regarding the issues raised.
The customer who posted the reviews has been involved in a dispute that extends beyond our platform. We want to assure you that we have thoroughly investigated the matter and have found no evidence to support the claims made against us. In fact, the customer in question has been refunded by the party responsible (which is not us), as documented in the forum thread linked below:
Hopefully the reviewer will show good faith for the first time and delete his 2 reviews, which has nothing to do with us. Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
rdp.monster
