I have ordered items with delivery option of fastest means, they choose Royal mail and delayed my shipment after 15 days they said it has been returned back because of no postal. I provided the postal details everything. Instead of apologizing they just seek for excuses. Very un professional.

We appreciate you leaving us your honest feedback and we are extremely sorry you do not feel you have had a good experience with us. I have investigated this complaint and can see you have been in touch with 4 members of our team, who have all tried to assist you with this order.
We have explained that we book items for shipping based on the best service available at the time the goods are ready to ship (in your case, immediately). Royal Mail was the best courier in this moment. However, because you did not enter your full delivery address the parcel was returned to us by the courier, requesting further address details.
We are not liable to cover the cost of a second shipment where the initial details were incomplete from yourself. I can see you requested we send the parcel on an upgraded service but declined to pay the additional sum, so instead requested to cancel your order. I can see that this was actioned immediately and is currently being processed.
Again, please accept my apologies that you have not had the experience we aim for our customers to have when they shop with us. I can see the team have tried to do everything they can to assist you however unfortunately due to the delivery details being entered incorrectly at the check-out, there was nothing we could do to speed up the process until Royal Mail sent the parcel back to us
If you have any further comments or feedback, please do not hesitate to contact our team who are more than willing to listen, explain and hopefully reassure you of the quality of our service for future purchases

Only place to find some brands in the UK unless you order direct from manufacture not always possible or from a store on the continent. Customer service happy to help and advise. Would have got the 5 star but they could be more proactive letting customers know when there will be delays.

Everything about Reactive Parts is great, except the lead time on some products… while i appreciate that some/most of the more ‘exotic’ parts cannot be stocked, it can mean waiting weeks or months to get the items you want.

Don't believe their 14 day delivery timeframe.
Ordered some CNC Racing bits, original email stated shipping within 2 days, then received an update and said shipping with 14 days. Emailed them on the 11th day for a quick update and received a facetious email stating its not 14 days yet, we still have 3 more days. On the 15th day rang them and spoke to the same gentleman from the email and he said to be honest you're looking at new year to get these parts. What a joke, why dangle a carrot of 14 days when you know its going to be weeks. Just asked for a refund. Will not be using them again.

We do understand and share your frustration and can only apologise for any disappointment caused.
Unfortunately unexpected delays can occur, of which we have no control. We advise 2 days for items in stock at the point of order, unfortunately you order was not in stock at the time of order.
The initial lead time advised is the typical lead time for items on order with CNC. As you know, unexpected delays occurred and we did all we could you to keep you in formed.
Ongoing conflicts in Europe are continuing to impact the sourcing of raw materials and supply chains, which have slowed manufacturing for many of our brands in Europe, not only CNC.
Supply simply cannot keep up with demand at the moment, however we will continue to support our European brands and manufacturers as they offer products of immeasurable quality.
I can see that your order has been cancelled and refunded earlier this month.
All we can do is keep our customers informed of the latest information as we receive it. Again we are very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.

I got the wrong part from Reactive Parts for my ZX10R I thought that it’s going to be an awful bother to send it back and get the right one. Luckily for me, guy on the other end of the line helped me a lot. Jack from RP was a great help and really efficient. Highly recommend!
