Readhaven Opiniones

Company is a scam. I recommend that you initiate a dispute claim with your bank and write a bad review. Ordered a physical book which didn't arrive. They told me I'd ordered an e-book which wasn't true they even confirmed my shipping details. And never received an ebook. Got palmed off with bot replies just telling me lies.

Total Scam! Purchased Hardcover of a book the blue dot was against Hardcover NOT DIGITAL!!!! Sent me a download link which I haven't opened. Emailed them twice same automatic response saying great to have you with us. Email address is also weird no mention of Readhaven at all!!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO A CHARGE BACK. REDO THE PURCHASE WITHOUT MAKING PAYMENT AND EITHER SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING OR USE SOMEONE ELSES PHONE TO TAKE PICS OF EACH SCREEN TO GET THE PROOF YOU NEED AGAINST THEM TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. POSITIVELY DISGUSTING

Scammers! Not sure how they are allowed to run based on all the reviews. Purchased a book on offer for a limited time only as a hard back, forgot about it and realised I hadn’t received it, when I emailed them they said it was an ebook and a link had been sent. I asked them to resend this as hadn’t had it, but then emailed again requesting a hard copy be sent as that was what I paid for and ordered - low and behold they are ignoring me, requested a refund-ignored me. I have raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund. AVOID.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A total scam, I ordered a hardback book from their website which never arrived, on enquiring I was told I had ordered an ebook. Messages and requests for refund ignored or answered by AI, a total bunch of thieves!

Ordered a hardcopy, was sent an ebook. Phone calls access recorded message requesting emails only. Email response (AI generated?) claims ebook was ordered. Very suspicious.

SCAM - DO NOT USE
I ordered a book and did not receive it although the payment was made immediately. The website looks legit, but when I tried to log in an error message came up and I have been unable to make contact. I then put the company name through a search engine and discovered its a scam.

Do not use this company it is a total fraud. The book i ordered was never sent to me. When I chased them up they told me I had in fact ordered an e-book which wasn't true. I then pointed out that even if I had ordered an e-book they hadn't even sent me that, at which point they sent me a download of a totally different book! I pointed this out to them and asked for a refund at which point they stopped answering my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is a scam - no book received and terrible customer service. They tried to say to that I had ordered an ebook (which I had not and received no link), refused a refund or to send me the book I have paid for. Do not use this company.

As said by others, usual script, order hard copy, nothing arrives, email them, get generic response about ordering an ebook. Total scam they need looking into and locking up.

Blatant scammers. Website offers choice of Hard Copy or Digital copy to be delivered. I opted and paid for Hard Copy, only to be emailed a download link. No Hard Copy delivered.
No response from seller to messages. DO NOT BUY from these guys

TERRIBLE ….. DO NOT USE.
Advertised hardback book. This never arrived after I paid for it. When I questioned delivery date they told me it was an e-book. After threatening to report them to Trading Standards they promised to refund my money. That was 13 days ago. Now not even their BOT is responding to my emails. Awful.
**Will now contact DAILY MAIL and Trading Standards**

Scam. Take the money but no delivery and no reply to numerous messages

Not received my purchase, numerous emails no satisfactory response 😢
I have demanded a refund but as yet still no response 🤨
