My experience was good overall.
Only one thing I feel should have been done is I waited almost a week before calling your company to find out why I had not heard about my shipment.
When I called I was told they item wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered from Canada.
Once I knew that a few days after I received an email notifying me that the package was ready and would be shipped.
That delay in communication I feel needs to be improved.

The product was deliivered in 3 days and I received a call from Ready informing me there was a minor issue in the online description of the product. The person at Ready wanted to know if I still wished to receive the product.So that shows me they pay attention to their customers needs. Good company to do busuness with.

Hard to find 400 amp solar-ready combination panel was in stock and at a terrific price. No one locally had one. Delivery was faster than advertised. Will definitely shop there again.
