Delay in shipping and lack of status information
A day after I placed my order my bank account was charged for the full amount of my order. It then took a week for Ready Electric o let me know there would be a delay in shipping because they did not have all of the items I ordered in stock. And, it was only in response to an email I sent to them, requesting information regarding the ship date, that they informed me of the delay. Since I was on a very tight schedule with this project, the items were not received in time and I was unable to complete the project.

Light bulb replacement …
I called the manufacturer of the light and was referred to Ready Wholesale because the manufacturer could not sell to me directly. Ready got the bulb sent to me and when I got it, the part number was the same, but it looked different, so Ready verified that the new bulb was the newer version.

Smooth Experience
I needed a hard-to-source item and I found it on this website. The reviews seemed good so I figured I'd give it a try. The item was priced a bit high but it was worth it because I needed it to finish a project and it was very hard to find in the color I needed it. I got it in the time frame I was told it would come with good packaging and no problems.

The product was shipped and delivered…
The product was shipped and delivered very quickly. One suggestion I have to improve your service is to explain to the customer of the address signs that the signs come without the numbers glued on, and to use the raised tabs at the top (if two or four numbers) or at the bottom (for three or five numbers) to aid in spacing the numbers out. I got this info from the manufacturer and it was very helpful.
