I ordered "CANON" brand toner…
I ordered "CANON" brand toner cartridges and that is not what I received. My printer will not work with your "off market" . Printer recognizes it is NOT a canon cartridge. Can your cartridges be returned for a full refund?

Toners were cheap and didn’t work in the printer. An absolute battle to return them. They asked for pictures of the printer and pictures of the toners in the machine etc etc. A nightmare to deal with.

I was sent the wrong cartridges for my printer, so I sent an e-mail to Ready Toner. They replied to me the same day and had the correct replacements to me within a couple of days. Very friendly and no hassle with fixing the order. This has been my go-to supplier for about two years and will likely stay that way. Very pleased with the products and customer service!

I ordered a non oem color toner pack for an HP printer, with chips. One of the chips wouldnt communicate with the printer. I contacted Ready Toner and they immediately shipped it out a working replacement toner cartridge.
