The BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced
I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw Printer and was in search of toner when I can across ReadyToner. I ordered the compatible HP 414X High-Yield Toner that arrived lightning fast! When I received it I installed the Yellow right way. I had issues with it, so I emailed Ready Toner and received a response really quickly Annie. I did what Annie ask me to and determined that it may have been a bad cartridge. Annie said she sent a replacement with worked better than expected. Annie check back with me to make sure all was working. Like the title says .. "The BEST Customer Service I have ever experienced!" Thank you again Annie and ReadyToner

I left a 1 star review due to the toner cartridges spilling out onto my printed pages. Annie Martini followed up swiftly, sent out replacement cartridges and they worked as intended. I am very impressed with how this was handled and will be ordering consistently from them.

Your very prompt delivery was great- but i could not get the chip from the last cartridge inserted in the new one and the other one without a chip just didn't work.

First of all, thank you for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your business and will make sure you’re well taken care of.
We noticed that you ordered the compatible W1340A toner cartridge without a chip. This means you’ll need to transfer the chip from your original cartridge to the new one. The chip acts like a “key” that allows your printer to recognize the toner. Without it, the printer won’t be able to operate properly.
When removing the chip, please handle it carefully to avoid any damage. Also, make sure it’s installed in the correct direction — an incorrect orientation may cause the printer not to detect it.

They made it right!
UPDATED REVIEW: I spoke with Kevin and he did everything in his power to make it right! I received the correct toner and they sent the label for me to return the incorrect toners. I haven't tried the toners yet, but they're definitely the right ones this time. If the toners work well, they will have a loyal customer from now on. I appreciate their due diligence in handling this matter. They've checked in on me several times to make sure everything is OK. I would recommend them because they believe in addressing an issue the right way.

Ordered bundle (yellow, blue, pink and black) of cartridges. Though chip was not working, the company replaced and was so helpful, responsive and made it right. I’ll definitely order with them again!

Did not actually received Brother…
Did not actually received Brother Toners. Received knock offs instead. Also some toners do not produce the correct ink. I.e. Can't print out anything yellow or green, everything is pink or blue
