The only reason I am doing this is to store to be protected for a future need of my wife and family. I am doing this little by little.

I had an issue with my order that was taken very seriously and was corrected very quickly. It's good to know that customer service isn't dead everywhere. Here a customer is valued. I'd recommend them to friends readily.

I've been waiting over a week to see the email telling me that my order had been shipped. Nothing. (Yes, I checked the spam folder.) Called customer service, waited through a couple minutes of distorted music, only for the automated system to tell me that no one is available. Leave a message. No one available in the middle of the day on a Thursday? High hopes for a Mountain Hou$e alternative dashed.
Edit to add: Today is 5/11 and still no contact. Credit card company wound up crediting me back.

Merchandise is well priced, delivery is quick and easy to track. Will buy from again.

This is absolut a fake company. They even have the text of a dummy site. Never delivers only takes mony.

I placed an order with ReadyWise 15 days ago, and they have yet to ship my product. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and all I get is the runaround—no clear answers on when or even if my order will ship. Meanwhile, they've held onto my money for over two weeks without delivering the product. This is highly deceptive and unacceptable. I'm now in the process of contacting my credit card company to report the issue. I would not recommend ReadyWise to anyone based on this experience. Terrible customer service and no accountability.

Ready Wise Customer Service is amazing. I had an issue and Reiley was kind and helpful and resolved my issue when it was even required. Ready Wise for sure goes above and beyond. Im a real person and this company actually cares and its good food and supplies as well. Thanks will recommend and re-order.
