They run “flash sales” that are essentially a scam, since the items are non‑refundable if they don’t fit. Most brands clearly indicate when something is non‑returnable at checkout but not here. I ordered two dresses and couldn’t get a refund for either. Now that the flash sale is over, if I bought the same dresses today and returned them, the refund would be accepted. Make it make sense. Customer service is also incredibly poor.

Customer service has been awful, so slow to reply and not giving a clear answer or solution. Really frustrating considering I like the dress itself and would have kept it had the stitching been right. I don’t think I’d purchase again from this company after this. Very disappointing.

I am a committed customer at Realisation Par, I have placed maybe over 20 orders! I am based in France and use the European website, they ship from the Netherlands. From 2021 to 2023, I had overall good experience and the customer care was mostly helpful and was delivered by real persons. Recently however I noticed their customer care is active on Australian time zone and is always delivered by an AI, so no real persons! The issues are never addressed and the replies are standard repetitive, robotic style, for example I had to return some items because of fitting problems and selected "refund" instead of "store credit", so they automatically rejected my request, although I still wanted to return the items. I contacted them many times, but my issue has never been addressed. I returned my items with the paper form, selecting "store credit" and still waiting for their refund, although the parcel has reached their warehouse long ago!!

I made an online purchase on realisationpar, ordering two dresses. I placed the order on March 9th, and on the 10th, the status was updated to "order received." But since then, until today, March 25th, there has been no further update. I requested a refund, but the seller told me the items have already been shipped and provided me with a DHL tracking number. However, when I checked on the DHL official website and called DHL directly, I was informed that this tracking number is not associated with my order. Moreover, the order status on the realisationpar official website still shows that the items haven't been shipped. The customer service has been giving irrelevant responses, not addressing my concerns. I requested a refund for the unshipped order, but they told me to refuse the delivery upon arrival and pay for the return shipping myself. But my items haven't even been shipped — how am I supposed to refuse a delivery that doesn't exist? The customer service seems unable to understand my request, keeps giving irrelevant replies, and fails to take any action. I don’t understand why I have a tracking number that cannot be traced, nor why they refuse to refund items that were never shipped. This is by far the worst and most irresponsible overseas website I have ever dealt with!!!
I will persist in taking all necessary measures to defend my rights until the payment is refunded to my original method of payment!

Cheaply made and over priced then they have flash sales so you cannot return for a refund. You can tell other customers feel the same way with the number of new and current season dresses with tags for sale on real real and Depop. This is not a good company to work with for such an expensive product that does not measure up. Also, you probably shouldn’t buy them unless you are over 5’ 8” because they are cut for a much longer torso, even if you tail the arms and length.q

Ordered a “silk” dress and was really disappointed with the quality. The fabric feels cheap, and both the construction and packaging were underwhelming. At this price point, I expected much better, it honestly felt more like something from Shein. Unfortunately, I also can’t return it for a refund because it was purchased during a promotion.

I've only had an issue with the most recent order during the 25% sale, with the quality of the Electra dress. Unfortunately, the strap broke off during my first wear, which was disappointing and unexpected because I've never had any problems with any of their other dresses. I emailed them with the problem and Rose responded very fast, and issued a replacement for me immediately. I've had the same positive experience with their customer service team any time I spoke with them and they've always been kind and helpful.

I typically order 2 sizes to ensure I get the perfect fit and the return process is always so effortless. Best customer service by far. Kindest individuals to deal with. Love all the pieces. Quality is always amazing and the prints are always so beautiful. Will be a forever customer.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Realisation Par. Customers are required to pay for their own returns, which is frustrating given the price point of the items.
I returned my order via Royal Mail (tracked) and the parcel was lost in transit. I am now completely out of pocket — both for the item and the return cost. I've put in a claim with Royal Mail but they will potentially only cover a fraction of the value, if anything.
It feels very unfair that customers bear all the risk when it comes to returns. Once an item is sent back, there should be some level of support or protection in place. Instead, I’ve been left with no product and no refund. Based on this experience, I would not order from them again.

Ho ricevuto un vestito con un piccolo difetto di cucitura. Ho chiesto il reso per questo motivo. Mi hanno chiaramente accettato il reso, ma le spese di spedizione erano a carico mio, nonostante siano loro ad avermi spedito un vestito difettato. Ho pagato la spedizione 26€ in totale, perché ho fatto l’assicurazione sul pacco, essendo i vestiti di Realisation par molto costosi e non volendo rischiare di non ricevere il rimborso. Ora, io capisco che la spedizione di reso non possa essere sempre gratuita per motivi come la taglia sbagliata, che sono più a carico dell’acquirente. Qui però l’errore è del venditore e non capisco come possa essere possibile attuare un sistema del genere, che lede solo chi acquista, in questo specifico caso me. Possibile che un marchio rinomato e di qualità come Realisation par si comporti così? Perché non presenta una tutela a favore più dell’acquirente? Non comprerò mai più nulla di questo marchio.
La vostra risposta non ha alcun senso: il vestito aveva un difetto nella cucitura della spallina, mi avevate anche chiesto la foto di questa cosa (ho la prova su PayPal) prima di rendere il vestito e in quell’occasione non avete proposto il pagamento della spedizione di reso.

I contacted Réalisation Par regarding a clear manufacturing defect on a dress I ordered in early December. The issue was visible along the original factory fold lines, and I immediately provided photos, the PO number, and a very straightforward request for an exchange.
What followed was a weeks-long email experience that felt like a social experiment in how many times a person can resend the same info before giving up. Despite repeatedly supplying the same photos and details, I was asked for them again and again, often by the same rep, giving the strong impression that no one was reading the email thread before replying- even a Gmail has a thread summary right there at the top…
Even after clearly requesting an exchange multiple times, I continued to receive emails asking whether I wanted a refund or an exchange. At one point, I was informed that my case had been changed to a “return,” despite never requesting a refund at all. This led to yet another follow-up, only to be told to “go ahead and return it,” even though the package (which I had to pay to ship back!!!) had already been delivered to their warehouse two days earlier.
After that, their communication ended. Several days later I received a shipping notification with zero acknowledgment of the outstanding emails. So I guess my replacement dress is finally coming.
It’s unfortunate, because I genuinely love the brand. The designs are beautiful, the fit is excellent, and the clothing feels special. I just wish the customer service operated at the same level as the product. If Réalisation Par invested even half as much care into their support systems as they do into their designs, this would be a very different review.

I ordered a dress to Canada. I was then unable to pay duties as they totaled 50% of the dress charge. I had contacted RP about a return where I’d be rejecting the package. They said it was completely fine and I’d receive a portion of the refund when my dress was received at their factory in China. I then got a notification from FedEx that they rejected my package. After numerous follow ups over two weeks, they are now ghosting me. I am without over $300 AND the dress. This was my first time ordering from them and I can say the disappointing customer service is reason alone to never order again.
EDIT: after weeks of back and forth and them only responding after I left negative reviews, I was able to get a partial refund. Without me sending constant follow ups and negative reviews I doubt I they would have ever taken care of the issue. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth for a company to treat customers like this.

I was having issues finding the right size and was in between a few styles, I reached out to their team and they were super helpful, I also wanted a style that was out of stock and they reached out to me directly when it was back in stock to ensure I was able to secure it.

Scam of an online retailer - will never be shopping from here again. Hidden "exceptions" return policy for Black Friday sales - I'd even checked the return policy, only to find out that if you shop on a discounted day, you can only return for exchange or store credit. Items are so flimsy and cheaply made (nowhere near the dollar value), again no refunds on anything remotely discounted, and you have to pay to ship back to their returns facility. Awful customer service.

The fabric is like a tissue and unforgiving and the proportions are terrible - waist hits at the wrong spot - and I didn't realize they do not do returns only exchanges on promo items. Additionally the customer service is delayed by at least a day and one must log into their site to see the status of the return. Terrible all the way around!
