For a service that charges this much for poor quality dresses, (290€ a dress for bad stiches !) it would be good to have an efficient after sales service. I’ve been explaining my problem 3 times and I’m still receiving the same pre-recorded message (which doesn’t answer my problem).
I should have listen to all the bad reviews.
I will never buy anything from this store again.

Been a customers for years and sought support for an issue I was on. Customer service rep, Halle was unnecessary insincere and borderline rude in our email dealings. Left a very bad taste as I have bought a handful of dresses from the brand and they are not cheap. I believed with this customer experience, this company won't be around for long. I would recommend you guys buying from Australian brands like Meshki, DISSH, Kookai. Their services were superior.

When a delivery issue occurred here, they unilaterally charged me $100. Despite multiple checks confirming it was not my fault, they insisted on the charge without exception. Their customer support team displayed the rudest attitude I’ve encountered in any service. I will boycott this place. Beware, as you could be charged $100 without any fault of your own if you’re unlucky.

Customer service is super unhelpful. The material and fit was BAD. I tried to get a refund but because I got it with a discount they argue I agreed with some terms and conditions that they only do exchanges or store credit which is a lie because I wouldn't have ordered.
I can't find any of these claims in the website or any of the emails. If that was the case then yes, my bad.
Just save your money and time.

Really sneaky policy around discount codes and refunds, especially as the dresses have inconsistent sizing and are pretty bad quality.

I ordered a dress from Realisation and when it arrived I was shocked as to the terrible quality for the price. So I went to return the item, only to be told that as I brought it on a 25% off promotion that I could only have an exchange or store credit. This was absolutely not made clear at the time of purchase and so now I am stuck with a £200 credit for a store that sells bad quality items and has terrible customer service. I wish I'd checked the reviews beforehand as this seems to be a common story.

I recently placed an order with this company and have had serious issues with their cancellation and returns process. Despite UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), which entitles customers to a 14-day cooling-off period, the company’s policy clearly states “no refunds” for items purchased with a discount, offering only exchanges or store credit. This directly contradicts UK law, which gives customers the right to a full refund, even for discounted items.
What’s more concerning is that many other reviews highlight the same issue, with customers struggling to get refunds and poor communication from customer service.
I will be taking this matter further if they continue to deny my rights. I encourage all UK customers to be fully aware of their legal rights before shopping here. Don’t let misleading policies prevent you from getting the refund you’re legally entitled to.

I ordered the Stephanie dress in an xxs and 5 days later I checked to see why my order hadn't shipped. The first time, they offered me a free pony shirt if I would take another size (which I refused). They then canceled the order.
The second time, after checking back multiple times to see if the xxs was back in stock, I placed another order. This time I also received no communication until I reached out first to Edwina, who assured me someone would be in contact with me. I received no email and no notifcation so I reached out again, only then she told me that there was another glitch. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Edwina ended the chat with me.
Jeanti, the apparent supervisor, contacted me through a ticket that I had to open myself, and offered me a measly 15% off my next order for a full priced item. Absolutely subpar customer service and their warehouse management seems to always glitch. Realisation par should stand for REALIZATION SUBPAR

Beautiful dresses. Quality is certainly not as bad as portrayed in other reviews, but not as fantastic as you would expect when paying £150+ for a dress.
Customer service in the UK is always polite and helpful, and delivery is OK too.

AWFUL, AVOID, SEEM LIKE SCAMMERS. Bought dress online, guarantees quick delivery, no dispatch email, 11 days later they say its not in stock and have now been ignoring me, I told them I needed it for a special event and now I've been screwed. No sign if any refund

I am enraged by this company! They are a total scam, in terms of quality and transparency! I ordered two dresses on sale and was extremely disappointed with the shoddy material and stitching. These are $300 dresses that feel like I could buy them at Target. When I tried to return them I was informed that sale items could not be refunded -- I could only receive store credit. This was not made clear anywhere when I was checking out.

Ordered two dresses and got another three in their flagship store in London. Easy to exchange sizes if needed, flattering cuts and great quality. The pieces last for years, so definitely worth the price. Staff in store were so helpful and lovely. Can't wait to be back :)

Edwina at Realisation Par provided probably the best customer service I have ever received! She handled a fairly complicated return/exchange situation with kindness and efficiency, and went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that my daughter had the new item in time for a special occasion! Can’t praise her highly enough! Will be ordering again soon!

I specifically told them not to cancel my order that was taking ages to be dispatched and they even sent me an order status change saying dispatched. Today i checked my order status and it was canceled but no refund ! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!
I am also still waiting on a refund for my first order that they received last monday and still have not refunded me. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No the manager DID NOT send confirmation email about the refund when they should have. I had to send 10 emails to get that.

I’ve never left a review on trustpilot but but Realisation Pars customer service (European) deserves a gold medal 👌🏼 I ordered a dress in November with a 25% discount which arrived while I suddenly was admitted to the hospital and when I was released months later it didn’t fit me. More than 4 months later the customer service allowed me to return it and exchange it, unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. The replies were super friendly and quick. I got store credit and a personalised discount code for when it is back in stock. I was kind of nervous if that would work out but I just repurchased the dress in a bigger size and it went super smooth, so now I’m eagerly awaiting the new dress that I’m going to looove ♥️ Thank you for helping me out, it is very much appreciated! Shout out especially to Edwina :)

My European customer service is perfect and has never let me down, but I have to say that Realisation Par's quality has undeniably and quite dramatically worsened...As of this year I started scouring through the internet in search of those first, discontinued, vintage Realisation Par pieces and I managed to get hands on the bianca blouse in starstruck which was online in 2015 ..than I looked for emilie dress in Shanghai nights in a bigger size than the one I ordered back in 2017..And long story short I got an opportunity to compare the quality and thickness of the fabric of those old vintage items to those which are available now and I have to say that its really awful to see how right now these pieces at this price point are basically a huge scam. Its crazy just how much worse it got
