Bait and switch! I ordered a 15,100 BTU wall air conditioner. What was actually sent was a 14,500 BTU with smaller specs that would not fit in the existing wall cutout. I called customer service the day it was received. They tell me the 15,100 is no longer available. Even though it is still advertised. I am upset they shipped a smaller unit without authorization. It is 4 days later and they still have not issued a pick up for return or a refund for products as well as shipping. I have called and emailed customer service everyday since received. I am now contacting manufacturer. Very disappointed. It’s a heat wave and no AC as well as had to cancel my contractor who was installing this.

I am changing my review! Because they advertise price comparison BUT they have yet to come through. We HAVE NOT received our order yet! It’s been 15 days. We found a better price at Overstock.com. I immediately called Recreation outfitters,I was told by Tim that he sent all information to management. They would get back to me by email. Guess now a days management don’t know how to use a phone. Only email I’ve received is they are looking into it. We called them again was told management doesn’t work on the weekends. This isn’t a couple dollars difference either. I’m still waiting for price comparison and order!!!

The product purchased was exactly as advertised. Very well made product and the shipping packaging was secure. Lots of safety measures to keep the product from damaging.

I bought a brizon wingflyer pedal scooter. The wheel, tires, and chain have broken. A local repair shop stated it was because of faulty manufacturing. I called 8x's to get replaced or a refund over 2 mos. They have ignored me. I also purchased a 2 yr warranty. If I could give a "0" rating, I would.

Poor communication, False advertisement of items in stock. Difficult orders cancelations. I'm calling my credit card company to cancel the transaction.

Great experience. One of the items I ordered arrived damaged. Their customer service made it so easy to fix this problem, and I had new parts within a couple of days. I highly recommend working with this company.
