Absolutely brilliant can't believe how quick and easy the process was from receiving my bag with postage paid, dropping it off at the post office and literally the day after receiving an offer which I was very happy with and receiving my money the same day, the whole process taking just two days will definitely recommend this company.

Very poor offer for a gold, diamond ring and earrings of £60 , increased too £100 when challenged, then asked for £15 postage to return items too me, false advertising of free postage and best price paid, do not use this company, 100% unrecommended

Our offers are commensurate with the weight of metal - as it says on the website, we pay a percentage of spot price depending on the amount of precious metal received. The £15 fee is not a postage fee, it is an administration fee to mitigate losses when we face when customers have unrealistic expectations of their items value.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much, I had a tiny amount of broken gold, sent it away thinking £40-£50 maximum, came back £352! Definitely worth it! Thank you so much!
