Best first aid course I have been on. They had plenty of first aid equipment like the dummies for CPR so everyone could have one each and practice. On my previous first aid course they only had a few so had to wait a while to get a turn. The instructor went beyond the course content regularly with further information and anecdotes of their experience which helped me learn the content better. I will happily return to renew in a few years.

Training courses was excellent

The course was engaging and educational and I felt it built my confidence well should I ever find myself in a situation I would need to provide emergency first aid. I was worried about the role play aspect before attending but was made to feel very comfortable in the group setting.

The course was brilliant. I cannot remember the ladies name. she is a very good trainer. excellent. I learned so much. Made everyone feel comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

Comprehensive and engaging training,

The venue was easy to get to and it was air conditioned (the course was over 3 of the hottest days of the year!). The instructor was very good. Didn't rush, was always helpful and made the 3 days go by stress free.

What made my experience the best was the tutors did a fantastic job of going g through everything taking the time to explain to us and show us what we were doing wrong if it needed.

Robyn was an enthusiastic and entertaining trainer. The course gave me what I needed and showed I actually remembered more than I thought. It was well worth the time and effort and I'm looking forward to my next refresher course already!

Really engaging Trainer.
I had previously completed a similar qualification with a different provider 3 years prior but felt I learnt so much more from this course, it was much more "practical" and not just reading from a PowerPoint.
