The course was very good. The only downside was that the classroom was very hot. It would benefit from having air conditioning installed.

The trainer was very engaging and used real world examples. The session used different forms of learning - workshop, practicals and plenary sessions. I came away feeling more confident in my ability.

Enjoyable Emergency First Aid at Work course. A large group attending so trainers did well to engage everyone, make it as enjoyable as possible, and to remember everyone's name!

The trainer was fantastic. The perfect blend of informative and funny. He made the course entertaining and I actually remembered to information. I have never been a better led first aid course. He was absolutely brilliant.

A course delivered without the monotony of constant slides and written exercises. Practical instruction demonstrations and team exercises, which in my opinion is the best way to learn.
