I had a very positive experience ordering from Red Dragon Seeds.

Communication was excellent: friendly, quick and professional. There was a small issue with a few of the seeds I had originally ordered, as they were unavailable, but everything was handled very smoothly and they were replaced with alternatives without any unnecessary complications.

The website is easy to use, clear and straightforward, and the whole ordering process was simple. My order was dispatched very quickly and arrived today. All the seeds were neatly packed, clearly labelled and carefully placed in envelopes.

Of course, it is still too early for me to comment on germination, but so far I am very happy with both the service and the overall buying experience.

I would definitely buy from Red Dragon Seeds again and would happily recommend them to other chilli growers.

I placed order #31078 on 26 April 2026 and received an email the next day saying that my order had been processed and shipped.

It is now 15 September and I still haven't received anything. I paid £22.97 in total, including £14.99 for international shipping, which is quite a lot considering the order never arrived.

I have also contacted Red Dragon Seeds to let them know that I haven't received the order.

Very disappointing experience so far. I will update this review if they resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Two shipments apparently sent, but I still received nothing

I want to update my review to include the information mentioned in Red Dragon Seeds' reply.

It is correct that after I reported the original order as missing, Red Dragon Seeds offered to send a replacement. I confirmed my address and they told me that the replacement was dispatched on 24 June. I appreciate that they made the effort to send the order again.

However, the fact remains that today, 15 September, I have received neither the original shipment nor the replacement.

Both shipments were apparently sent by standard untracked international post, so there is no tracking information available to establish what happened to either of them.

I originally paid £22.97, including £14.99 for shipping to Romania. Considering that the shipping alone cost almost £15, I was surprised that it was sent without tracking.

I am not claiming that Red Dragon Seeds deliberately failed to send the orders, and I acknowledge that they sent a replacement at their expense. But from my position as a customer, almost five months after placing the order, I have paid for an order and still have no seeds and no way to track either shipment.

I think that is also an important part of the story.

I will update this review again if the situation is resolved.

I am basing this review on the service and quality received to date..
I have been very impressed indeed with the service, speed and communication received from Red Dragon Seeds.
I have ordered very early to prepare myself well in advance for the forthcoming season (2027) so I cannot yet comment on the viability of my seeds but all other aspects of my transaction with Red Dragon Seeds has been outstanding.

I ordert the seeds in November last year. The shipping was very very fast.
Seeds arrived... i planted half of them... and what should i Tell you... i have an unuseable amount of Super hot and hot Chilis... i am from germany... so the climate is not perfect for These plants. But not a Single one died. I have so many Fruits... i dont know what i should do now.
There were a lot of freebies... and even they grow very well. Love you guys. Just the perfect experience... i wish i could add pictures here.

I have used these a couple times now and have no complaints. First time seeds got lost in transit but was replaced swiftly and without hassle. Of the seeds that i planted i had 100% germinate. 2nd purchase delivery arrived quick, looking forward to planting these.

Great selection of seeds, really fast delivery.

Last year, I planted a bunch of their seeds without much luck (my fault, as the soil temperatures were way too high). I emailed them about it, and they responded quickly, offering a lot of helpful advice and resending my entire order.

Of the plants that I managed to keep alive, they all survived through the winter and have started growing again.

Found this site via Google, what a fantastic variety of chilli seeds for sale ( along with lots of other plant types) I ordered a LOT of seeds- I’ve waited until now to review in order to comment on viability etc- seeds planted in November with heat mats and extra lighting are now in the greenhouse and some have fruit already, seeds, even the Chinense type came through like weeds 😁 brilliant viability and I’ll be ordering for next year in a month or so - highly recommend this supplier , good prices, great variety to choose from and fast delivery with a few freebies thrown in.

As an avid chilli grower I’m always on the look out for something a bit different and Red dragon seeds does not disappoint .As well as a great selection of really interesting and different chilli seeds they also have lots of other unusual vegetable seed varieties some of which you just wouldn’t find in garden centres .I first discovered this company last year and was so impressed by not only delivery times,customer service and the wonderful free gifts but also the great germination rate for everything I bought last year .Have just received my second order and can’t wait to get planting! I highly recommend this wonderful company !!

A great selection of chilli seeds at very reasonable prices, the seed packets have excellent instructions and a little colour photo showing what they look like.
I am very pleased with my purchase.
