No idea what their staff are getting paid to do
Would give 0 if possible. Absolutely useless staff, terrible communication or being kept informed on repairs, lack of training for staff who don't even understand their role or know who their supervisors are, no escalation procedures for urgent and emergency repairs, lack of sympathy or understanding for what tenants are living through and putting up with, shameful service and knowledge of own standard operations, out-of-hours staff incompetent and don't understand what constitutes an emergency or what the word escalation means.
Been waiting over 6 years now for a promised full renovation of kitchen and keep getting fobbed off everytime it's brought up, insitenting conversations that took place are not in their records. Also waiting around 2 years for external insulation.
Not disability friendly to tenants either.
Every repair you report becomes tenants responsibility to chase up and keep on track because of lack of accountability from staff. Have to liaise between Red Kite and Gil Martins contractors myself so not sure what exactly these staff are being paid to do.
And don't even get me started on Gil Martins as their contractors, missed appointments, lies they attended when I have photographic proof they were sat outside and drove off, if they attend its for 5 minutes and make assessment based on assumptions and say they will report back to Red Kite but nothing is ever reported or raised. Made several written complaints about them that never seem to go anywhere.
