Honestly if I could give 0 stars I…

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would, this housing is just shocking, they’ll contradict themselves, insinuate your a liar, make appointments but don’t turn up, promise calls back but don’t make them, I’ve been left with a rotten insecure door since August, Gilmartins couldn’t do anything with it, advised new door! Redkite seem to think (even they’ve stated in email it’s a rotten insecure door) it’s not that important and can wait until next year to sort. If your unlucky enough to have to deal with them have everything via email as they’ll happy make stuff up. I’ve had to take this further than Redkites poor “investigation team”

No idea what their staff are getting paid to do

Would give 0 if possible. Absolutely useless staff, terrible communication or being kept informed on repairs, lack of training for staff who don't even understand their role or know who their supervisors are, no escalation procedures for urgent and emergency repairs, lack of sympathy or understanding for what tenants are living through and putting up with, shameful service and knowledge of own standard operations, out-of-hours staff incompetent and don't understand what constitutes an emergency or what the word escalation means.

Been waiting over 6 years now for a promised full renovation of kitchen and keep getting fobbed off everytime it's brought up, insitenting conversations that took place are not in their records. Also waiting around 2 years for external insulation.

Not disability friendly to tenants either.

Every repair you report becomes tenants responsibility to chase up and keep on track because of lack of accountability from staff. Have to liaise between Red Kite and Gil Martins contractors myself so not sure what exactly these staff are being paid to do.

And don't even get me started on Gil Martins as their contractors, missed appointments, lies they attended when I have photographic proof they were sat outside and drove off, if they attend its for 5 minutes and make assessment based on assumptions and say they will report back to Red Kite but nothing is ever reported or raised. Made several written complaints about them that never seem to go anywhere.

WOOLLERTON COURT

I have been living in a red kite property only for a few months must say in general had no problem . They do send people out to do any repairs very quickly.
However when you sit in your apartment you get other residents that don’t even live in your block bring their dogs to foul right outside your window. Told its ok has long as they pick it up .there are plenty of places to take their dogs but they are too lazy and ignorant
So I would tell you to avoid Woollerton court ground floor flats
However it does state not to upset your neighbours with pets in the handbook .
How many people who have a lawn wouldn’t mind people bringing dogs to foul . Red Kite should review this rule.

Poor communication

Poor communication between red kite and there contractors have lost me a days holiday and wasted day waiting in for the contractors to show up! There did not turn up! This job has been raised with red kite since we moved into the property over a year ago!

If I could give zero I would ,
If your thinking of renting or shared ownership with red kite I would advise you to avoid them like the plauge they are very bad.
Left my house in a state of disrepair for 3 months , left me without heating for over a month. Fail to respond even to formal complaints withing the given timescale. Staff don't know how to do there jobs as they havent been trained and there is a serious lack of any type of customer service skills with zero continuity. One member of staff imparticular was very sexist towards me (how would I possibly know anything because I'm a woman and leave it to the men) reported this to red kite they wernt in the slightest bit intrested in this.
I have a roof leak reported moths ago that nothing has been done about , tiles falling of the bathroom wall again reported months ago , my back gate is 10 inches of the ground but I'm the only person on the development with this issue but have been told this isnt a problem. I was promised a shed when I moved In in December last year I'm still no closer to getting one.
The whole experience is extremely poor.

Oh my gosh Red Kite don't like getting…

Oh my gosh Red Kite don't like getting back to you about anything. We have been waiting since December for someone to get back to us about our CCTV. Our next door neighour has a camera sat on there bedroom window legde facing straight into our front garden. It clearly say's on red kite's web site says that all camera's have to be fixed properly to a wall. So why is my next door neighour getting away with it are red kite taking a back hander from them so they can do what they want. No matter what my next door neighour dose red kite turn a blind eye. We have had three people from red kite to come and check our camera's but no one have checked next door's so why is that.
