Brilliant as always..
Brilliant as always... collection is always on time. I had forgot to put my bags outside this morning as my little 1 didn't go nursery but redonate gently knocked on the door and asked if still wanted collection. The bags were ready just behind the door so polite and friendly. I can't recommend them enough to everyone. Love the fact you can choose what charity you would like to donate to or choose to split with all the charities. Makes you feel like you really are helping. Thank you resonate for your service

Great cause - poor and intimidating conduct by one worker
The charity’s mission is admirable, but one of its drivers behaved dangerously. Despite my 30 years of driving experience, the 'L' plate on my car likely made the driver assume they were behind an inexperienced learner. They tailgated aggressively and moved even closer when I signalled for space. I can only imagine how frightening and intimidating this would be for my teen or any new driver. Road safety must be as important as what the charity aims to achieve. I’m happy to provide further details if needed.

DEFINITELY DO NOT USE
When trying to book a collection my address did not come up when searching with my postcode; I emailed to query this and was informed to put it in the notes which I duly did.
Collection not picked up due to driver not finding my address, when I queried this, via email, they apologised and arranged pick up the following week. If the driver could not find my address this week then how would the driver find it next week 🤔.
Collection cancelled and will go with icollect.

Best organisation
I've used Redonate a few times now. Quick and efficient especially having 3 growing children so its nice to donate clothes they've grown out of, even new ones they haven't worn. All the clothes are going to the less fortunate so I'm very happy. Thankyou Redonate

One They come and collect, so you don't have to find a charity shop. They give you a time slot and keep you updated. I have used them many times.
