Do not buy from this company
Where do I start? I purchased a new battery for £290 last April, only to discover that it was broken before I received it. After that, I was told it wasn't the battery, but rather an issue with the screen and then the controller. I ended up buying all of these parts from him, only to be told in October that I should send the battery back for warranty.
In December, he claimed it was my fault for throttling the bike, even though the only problem was that it never worked when I got it. This feels like blatant lying.
I called on January 24, 2025, and was told the battery was on the way. Now it’s March 24, 2025, and he is ignoring my calls and putting me through to voicemail.
Do not buy from this company! I've given them multiple chances and waited almost six months for this battery to be returned to me. Their excuse about moving is unacceptable. I've had enough!
