We are a one-stop shop providing expertise in recruitment, management development, coaching, management training, HR mentoring, mediation, contracts and policies, support and guidance, communication and change, restructures, investigations, leadership coaching, team coaching and more. Redway HR also offer a range of career coaching and outplacement services to individuals who need support in looking for work, alongside the vacancies that we are looking to fill for our clients. We like to be able to visit our clients where needed, so our usual catchment area covers London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. If you are happy with remote support (which many of our clients are) then we would still love to work with you.

A most refreshing experience working with Redway HR. Our last few meetings have been nothing short of excellent.
Liz oozes confidence and professionalism and was quick to recognise what was required to take our start-up to the next level and this is exactly the strategic partnership we needed.
Our consultation with Liz is ongoing and we couldn’t be happier to have discovered such a gem. I highly recommend.

Review of Redway HR
We partnered with Redway HR based on a recommendation to provide an interim HR function for our Residential Children's Home. Lesley from Redway HR has been flexible, approachable, accommodating, open to feedback and knowledgeable about our sector. As this is our first business, we need to trust that the operation is in safe hands and although we are at early stages of our working relationship, we are very pleased with the level of support and guidance we have received to date and therefore happy to recommend the service to others.
