We partnered with Redway HR based on a recommendation to provide an interim HR function for our Residential Children's Home. Lesley from Redway HR has been flexible, approachable, accommodating, open to feedback and knowledgeable about our sector. As this is our first business, we need to trust that the operation is in safe hands and although we are at early stages of our working relationship, we are very pleased with the level of support and guidance we have received to date and therefore happy to recommend the service to others.
