I cannot fault the service received by Mr Lambe and Jayne. Mr Lambe did an amazing job and made sure I was 100% happy with the results. Jayne was available and patient with every question I had and put me at ease throughout the whole journey. She was a god send throughout. It was such a comfort to know they were looking after me.

After considering surgery for some time I went to see two clinics but wasn’t happy with the initial consultations. I contacted Reflect Clinic and I spoke with with Jayne who immediately put me at ease and answered all my many questions . Without even seeing Mr Lame for my consultation I knew that Reflect Clinic was the right choice. I can honestly say the care and support was second to none. If I had any queries prior to the surgery date Jayne was always at the end of the phone which was so reassuring. Thank you Jayne and Mr Lambe , without doubt 5 stars.

Back in January I chose Reflect Clinic for a procedure (in march) after spending weeks researching different clinics and reading reviews. I travelled around four hours to use the clinic because I felt confident in the reputation and reviews I had seen.

During my initial consultation, I provided a range of photographs showing the type of result I was hoping to achieve. I specifically asked whether this was achievable for me based on my anatomy, as I wanted to have realistic expectations before committing to surgery. I was told that it was achievable, which gave me the confidence to go ahead and book my surgery. I then had a second consultation over the phone to discuss things further.

Before and during the surgery the clinic and all the staff I met were 5*.
After my surgery, my experience with the aftercare was very different from what I had expected. I contacted the clinic regarding my two-week follow-up because they hadn’t contacted me about one and I was told that, because I had travelled around four hours, I could send photographs rather than travel back to the clinic. I was happy with that arrangement, but communication and feedback regarding my post-operative recovery was through Jayne rather than Dr Lambe so I didn’t actually speak to my surgeon for my follow up.

I then again had to contact the clinic myself to ask about my three-month follow-up appointment because I hadn’t been contacted by the clinic to arrange one.

When I attended my three-month appointment (30th July) I was very emotional because I wasn’t happy with my results. I appreciate that my results are an improvement, but they are still not what I had hoped for, particularly because I had specifically shown the results I wanted to achieve before booking and had been told that those results were achievable for me.

During this appointment Dr Lambe said he wanted me to see the counsellor again (who you see pre-OP) and that he would see me again in September when he returned- I assume from leave, However, I was never contacted by the counsellor or by Dr Lambe afterwards
(it’s now October)

My mum was also present around this time and saw the pictures etc and said she could also understand why I was upset, particularly when comparing my actual result with the examples I had shown before surgery.

I also had an upsetting experience with aftercare when I contacted Jayne with a question about bathing, I felt that I was snapped at and was told to “listen to her and not the Karen’s on Facebook.” Jayne did call me back two and half hours later to apologise and at the time I tried to be understanding and appreciate that everyone can have a bad day. However, when this is considered alongside the lack of follow-up appointments and communication after my surgery, it contributed to my overall experience.

I want to be clear that I am not saying my results are completely unsuccessful. They are better than before surgery. My disappointment comes from the fact that I had clearly communicated the result I wanted, specifically asked whether it was achievable for me, and was told that it was.
It’s like having a breast augmentation you could say they were bigger but if they weren’t the size you agreed to you still wouldn’t be completely happy.

For me, the biggest issue has been the difference between the experience before surgery and the follow up afterwards. Before the operation, I felt listened to, supported and reassured. Once the operation had been completed and the money had been paid, I personally felt that the level of communication, follow up and support dropped considerably especially considering I wasn’t happy with the results so couldn’t just close the book and move forward after the procedure.

Obviously everyone’s experience will be different, and I can only speak from my own experience. But I feel it’s important to share mine because choosing cosmetic surgery is a huge decision, and for me, the aftercare and communication have been just as important as the surgery itself. I will be seeking out a second clinic for a second opinion which I don’t feel I should have to do after parting with over four thousand pound to reflect clinic.

I hope that by sharing this, prospective patients will consider not only the surgery itself and the reviews they see beforehand, but also what level of follow-up and support they can expect if they are unhappy with their result afterwards.

For a number of years I’ve been wanting to have my implants removed. After a number of visits to different clinics, Reflect Clinic stood out the most. From the initial phone call with Jayne the clinic manager, the information and time she spent talking about the procedure to her own personal experience helped me decide. The consultation with Dr Lambe has been outstanding, he took the time to listen to my concerns, went through all the options that were available to help me decide, and I was invited to a 2nd consultation to make sure it’s what I wanted.
Surgery day I couldn’t wait, all ran smoothly.
Not to forget the nurses at HCA hospital, kind, welcoming and supportive throughout the process.
I’m 3 days post op, my operation went well, I have no pain, just some swelling on my breast, looking forward to my dressing coming off next week and seeing the outcome.

I recently had a consultation with Mr Lambe regarding a breast uplift and skin tightening on my arms.
Naturally I was apprehensive as this had just been talk for 2 years and here I was with my husband taking the first step to it being real.
My husband as I’m sure most husbands are was not sold on me having this done mostly because of any pain and discomfort I would go through and also he is happy with the way things are.
So we met Mr Lambe and immediately we both relaxed. I was quite confident and asked all the right questions but Mr Lambe had lots more information regarding the procedure which reassured me and I was confident I had come to the right place and the right person.
My uplift isn’t huge but it’s still an invasive procedure. Saying this I think this part will be pretty simple. My main concern was the sagging skin on my arms which has had me hiding my arms in long tops and constantly rubbing cream in if I am forced to bare my arms on holiday! Constantly squishing my arms into my sides to hide them…nightmare!
Mr Lambe was honest about the scarring but also invested and informative about treatments afterwards which will help with this.
The hospital and staff in Wilmslow are just lovely and I would certainly opt to have my procedure done there.
After my consultation I thought I would be filled with indecision but it’s the complete opposite! Mr Lambe has left me and my husband feeling totally positive about my decision.
And a huge shout out to Jaynie (Mr Lambe’s secretary) who is a fountain of knowledge with personal experience. She has guided me through the whole process with such care and attention xx

I am now a week post-op and have had an excellent experience so far. From my initial enquiry, consultation and the surgery, everything has been so professional with great communication. Jaynie has the perfect balance when it comes to contacting and updating you, and she was so reassuring both before and after surgery, as was Mr Lambe. Everything was explained and there was lots of time for questions, without any pressure whatsoever. Overall a great experience.

Mr Lambe was just great. He immediately put me at ease as I was quite nervous before the consultation. He explained the procedure to me, and associated risks and was very reassuring without putting me under any pressure to make a decision. Highly recommeded.

Having been seen by Mr Lambe at The Reflect clinic to discuss breast reduction and augmentation, I was booked in to the Bollin for surgery.

I am one day post op this morning and feel amazing!

The team at The Bollin were super kind and helpful. I was very nervous but soon put at ease and reassured by all.
Today I feel a little tired but have no pain . The dressing feels tight and a little cumbersome but very manageable. It feels like a huge relief to be this side of the surgery having contemplated it for many years.

Mr Lambe has been kind, understanding, informative and supportive. His secretary Jayne is a real gem! She is there throughout the process with pre op and post op follow up calls which have been so helpful for the minor questions and queries and some genius little tips.

I had an uplift and implant replacement a few months ago, and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. From my very first consultation, the care I received was seamless, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Mr Lambe and his wonderful Clinical Manager , Jayne, made the entire process straightforward, taking the time to answer all my questions and making me feel completely safe and valued as a patient.
What truly sets this team apart, however, is their exceptional aftercare. Everything was progressing perfectly until about six weeks post-op when I experienced a breakdown of my wounds because my body was not dissolving the internal stitches. In a moment like that, it is easy to feel anxious, but Jayne was incredibly responsive and supportive, ensuring I was looked after immediately. Mr Lambe and the clinical team did not dismiss my concerns for a second; they assessed the wounds right away, managed the stitch reaction calmly, and put a clear corrective plan into action.

The follow-up care over the subsequent weeks was thorough, compassionate, and highly attentive, ensuring that my recovery got right back on track. Thanks to Mr Lambe's skill and Jayne's fantastic organization, my final results are absolutely fantastic, and I feel incredible. Knowing that a surgeon and his team stand by you just as strongly when you hit a bump in the road is rare, and it is exactly why I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
