Wonderful caring team and excellent results
I am 9 weeks post op and I cant praise Mr Lambe and Jayne enough.
The pre and post op care has been amazing .
Nothing is to much trouble and you feel so much at ease and able to ask any question without fear.
I was recommended to Mr Lambe and from the moment I met him I knew I was in safe hands.
He is professional without being pompous. A genuinely lovely easy to talk to man. Mr Lambe is not only passionate about his work- he genuinely cares and wants the best for his patients.
I must mention Jayne too - she is fantastic. Always on hand with help and support. Knew instantly when I needed a call and a listening ear.
My results speak for themselves and I am super pleased with my experience at Reflect Clinic.

Implant exchange…
I recently had breast implant exchange and, although it’s too early for me to comment on the final results, as I still have some expected swelling. I really want to highlight the excellent care I received throughout.
The HCA hospital environment felt calm, clean, and reassuring, the staff were kind & professional which made a huge difference during a nervous time.
During my consultations with Mr Lambe I felt my concerns and worries were listened to and I was supported through this with additional consultations and care which I’m very grateful for.
I also want to mention Jayne, who organised all my appointments. Everything was handled swiftly and efficiently, and I was regularly checked in on, which made the whole process feel smooth and well‑coordinated.
Even though it’s too early to speak about the outcome of the surgery itself, the experience and support I received were great.

Lower facelift, neck and upper eyelid surgery.
I had lower facelift/neck surgery and upper eyelid surgery at Reflect, both carried out by Mr Lambe.
I am so glad that I chose to undergo the surgery with Mr Lambe, who is highly professional and clearly a most skilled surgeon.
I had initial consultations at several clinics, and what stood out from the beginning was Mr Lambe's compassion and attention to detail with regard to his work.
Throughout the procedures, and recovery, the support and reassurance that I received from both Mr Lambe and his secretary, Jayne, was absolutely fantastic.
Jayne contacted me on a regular basis following surgery, and was genuinely interested in my recovery, keeping my spirits up until everything had settled down.
The final results of my surgery are simply amazing.
I have been given back a more youthful appearance, and the confidence that this brings. Mr Lambe has performed a miracle - and I am incredibly grateful.

Not only was the important information generously provided by Jayne, the surgeon Dr Lambe was very comforting, friendly and I never felt silly asking questions. The care was terrific too at the hospital and was generally a lovely experience, when I was prepared for it to be a lot more clinical.

Amazing Support
Can’t recommend enough, from start to finish the support has been amazing, I’m excited for the results! Mr Lambe put me at ease as did Jayne before and afterwards. I’m 8 days post op and wanted to say…
I’m 8 days post op and wanted to say how impressed I’ve been with the service so far. In particular, Jayne has been a rock from the very beginning when I enquired about the procedure to post op recovery.
Leading up to the procedure Mr Lambe explained everything carefully to me and put me at ease. During the procedure Mr Lambe had a calming energy and it all went smoothly.
I travelled a couple hours for my surgery due to Mr Lambe’s great reputation.
Thanks so much to reflect clinic for my experience so far! Really looking forward to fully seeing my results in the next few weeks.

Breast reduction and uplift
From my first phone call with Jayne to my initial appointment with Mr Lamb I instantly felt comfortable. I have considered a breast reduction and uplift for over 20 years and have researched several options but I am now ready to take the leap and feel really confident in the care that will be provided before, during and after the procedure. Reflect is a clinic that genuinely cares. It was great to see so many pictures of a range of women with different body types during my consultation and on the Reflect instagram page. This is something that I haven't always found easily when researching. I am excited to see my results in a couple of months time.

After only having my surgery on Monday
After only having my surgery on Monday, I came home Tuesday and can honestly say I feel great. There is still some swelling and bruising, but this will all go down in time. I am over the moon already with my results. Mr Lambe and the amazing staff at HCA Wilmslow have been fantastic!! they have really looked after me. Jayne has been wonderful as always checking in with me over the phone and always putting a smile on my face.

Jayne and Mr Lambe are a superb team.
After my consultation with Mr Lambe, Jayne immediately booked my procedure date and efficiently sent all the necessary details including after care information.
The procedure day ran extremely smoothly, on time in excellent facilities.
Mr Lambe takes the time to include a personal touch before, during and after and ensured he saw me prior to my discharge.
Jayne then took the trouble to make contact on the evening of the procedure and today following my procedure.
Mr Lambe and Jayne really do make every effort possible to make the whole process seamless and professional with a really personal touch too.

Incredible service and wonderful results!
Mr Lambe and Reflect Clinic were recommended to me and I believe I was incredibly fortunate to decide to use them for my upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty). From my first contact with Reflect Clinic I was made to feel completely at ease. Their practice manager Jayne Bailey was incredible throughout. I met Mr Lambe for my consult who was personable, utterly professional but most importantly made me feel confident that I was doing the right thing. Having any plastic surgery is a little daunting but My Lambe allayed any fears I had and talked me through the procedure and recovery. In early December 2025 I had eyelid surgery and was put completely at ease by Mr Lambe and the attending nurse. They even give you a cuppa and biscuits after the surgery. Over the coming days I was checked on by Jayne and then a week after the surgery my stitches were removed. Recovery was exactly as Mr Lamb had outlined - 7-10 days for the incision to heal and a little longer for the swelling and bruising to subside. I am so pleased with the results. Returning to work after Christmas quite a few people have commented on how well I look. And as Mr Lambe said, no one can tell what I have had done. If you are considering any plastic surgery, contact Reflect Clinic and I am confident you will not be disappointed. Thanks to Mr Lambe (a genuine nice guy) and Jayne Bailey their wonderful practice manager.

I submitted an enquiry for a breast augmentation and within minutes was contacted by Jayne from the clinic. What a positive experience!
