Came to fit new boiler , radiators ! They were all very pleasant and considerate of furnishings . Well mannered and absolutely brilliant at their job ! So so efficient at what they do !! I would very highly recommend this company !

Exceptional service throughout with professional, polite tradesmen who also removed all rubbish. My home is now comfortable after installation of air source heat pump, new radiators, ceiling insulation and cavity wall insulation. No hesitation to recommend Refreshni.

I ordered an Ohme Pro charger two weeks ago from Refresh NI. A few days later, an engineer came to do a survey, which I really like, unlike other companies where an engineer comes to install something and something is missing, like PodPoint. The charger was installed two days ago, everything is neatly routed, aesthetically pleasing, and cleaned up after the work. I recommend Refresh NI and am considering installing solar panels and a battery in the future.

Our boiler packed in a few days after Christmas Day, I called Refreshni to ask for help, we had our new boiler put in the next day. Can’t get better service than that. I spoke with Cameron who sorted everything for me, a big thank you from our family. The boiler and installation was great value for money. Thanks to Michael our boiler engineer a really spot on guy. An absolute gem of a company with Ashlee smoothy handling a frazzled home owner! Solution focused with a can do attitude along with competitive prices. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you once again to Ashlee and the team for sorting out my problem quickly and efficiently.

Excellent company, within 8 hours I had a boiler replacement booked in with a great pay back plan for a date and rate that suited me.
On the day the engineer was excellent, clean and efficient .
Overall 5 stars and cannot think of one issue through the hole process.

I have used Refresh several times but of late I notice things don't get fixed and when you ask them to return to rectify the problem they don't stand behind their previous efforts and charge you again.Feel I'm being ripped off which is a pity because they used to be good.

I woke to a broken boiler and contacted Refresh, spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly girl called Ashlee. She asked me a few questions and by the end of the day had organised an engineer to call. Ian was very professional and explained everything he was doing and what I should do going forward.
I couldn't recommend this company enough, thank you both.

I used the service of Refresh NI to install an EV charger at my home. The process to order the install was simple and installation date was quick. On the date of the installation the two installers turned up at the time as promised had the charger installed and set up to my home WiFi within the allocated time slot.
Service was second to none and the refresh ni staff were polite and knowledgeable explaining how to use the charger. I would highly recommend Refresh NI.

I booked a boiler service and repair because we appeared to be having issues with the boiler-but because there wasn’t an issue with the boiler itself I was refunded the repair cost!
So refreshing to see such honesty in business in this tough environment!

When I got told my oil heating boiler was "busted" I did not know where to start about conversion to gas but from my 1st phone call with Lucy to my on site meeting with Pippa they made it all smooth sailing. I have had a lot of work done on my house but never have I had a trade person turn up bang on the time they said they would be there, but true to his word David the plumber was at my home 7.30am, with a quick call at 15.30pm to come round and run me through my new heating system, and you would never have thought they had been there all day they had tidied everything away after them. A+ Service from EVERYONE involved. Thank you so much for the smooth sailing of it all.

My experience with Refreshni to install gas heating was excellent from beginning to end. We met before the installation to plan and talk through the whole process. I found the planning and input with Pippa invaluable. The work itself was very efficient and completed to a very high standard. When I returned home, I was delighted both with the results and the care that had been taken in my apartment. Very much appreciated!

I have had boiler services and most recently a boiler replacement as well as a radiator replacement by Refresh. They are absolutely fantastic, both the back end staff who helped get me quotes for the work and the people who came to carry it out. All very friendly, very professional and definitely the most competitively priced provider.

I booked a gas boiler service on 3rd September 2024. Due to my limited English, I misunderstood the time and date the engineer would visit. I sent two emails (to holly.coomber on 3rd September and to jack.peel on 8th September requesting clarification), but I have not received any response. The communication has been poor, and as for the service itself, I cannot comment because no one has shown up yet. The payment for the gas boiler service was made on 3rd September.
