I have been a client of RefreshNI for about a year as my insurance company utilizes their services for the annual checkup as well as maintenance of my gas appliances.
Their engineers are passionate about their work, which is reflected in their competence, efficiency and seeing the job to a productive end.
Their manner is courteous and they actually listen to me and are empathetic to my concerns.
Their managers and receptionists are polite, listen to you and arrange a timely plan; I was impressed by their ability to triage jobs according to seriousness and reorganizing logistics to ensure more serious jobs are carried out urgently!
They come out punctually so it is easy to arrange my other chores confidently!

High praise for refresh NI and all their staff I dealt with. In and out in one day, I am very impressed with all aspects and very happy with my new heating system. Would highly recommend.

In desperate need of oil to gas conversion refreshni came to the rescue. Prompt efficient and helpful from survey to installation nothing was too much trouble. The fitters and office staff were amazing the whole job done in 7 hrs everything up and running to perfection . No mess left and all old oil boiler and tank removed same day . Highly recommend refreshni

Had been shopping around for a new boiler and a friend recommended refresh as they had done his service. From the get-go everything was so straight forward and professional. Admin and sales staff helpful and costs explained accurately. Engineer who installed it did a great job and left the kitchen how he found it, if there wasn't a new boiler in my kitchen unit you wouldn't have known anyone had been working here for 4/5 hours. Chuffed with my new boiler, barely a sound out of it when it's on. My old boiler sounded like there was a lawnmower in my kitchen cupboard. I would recommend refresh to anyone in a heartbeat.

The guys arrived at 7.45am to start the installation of the gas boiler. My word but they were not only friendly but very efficient. They all had their specific jobs to do which they got on with, not getting in each other’s way, may I add. So by 4pm, my boiler was working and all the other jobs were ticked off including my roof space insulation

I recently had my gas boiler replaced by RefreshNI. David arrived promptly, worked hard and was very thorough. He also replaced all my radiator valves and gave my system a manual flush. He even cleaned up afterwards. My house has never been as warm. I’m actually looking forward to winter!
I can’t fault RefreshNI at all they were excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish. Pippa was lovely throughout. The guys who carried out the work very clean and tidy. No mess left behind. Had a problem a week later with the gas and they were back out within the hour! Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to switch from oil to gas.

Great service for installation of gas boiler to replace an old oil heating system. Installation took 1 day. Guys left the place spotless, even caught one of them hoovering the front lawn after rubble was lifted. Handled everything from informing phoenix to fixing a leaky valve after installation.

Ifound this company to be very professional and helpful in their dealings with me .staff were extremely helpful and polite in all dealings with me. I would recommend this company very highly

Been let down by many local companies in past, but not with RefreshNI - professional and efficient. rang them mid-morning and engineer was out that afternoon who explained the issue and sorted it right away. Other company said they would be out in a week and other couldn’t be bothered. RefreshNI Office staff were polite, friendly and got me sorted quickly and pain free. Would highly recommend

Office staff polite and easy to deal with, Engineers clean, tidy, quick and efficient , good job all round

Can't recommend this team enough, I got an oil to gas conversion. The whole process was made easy and done efficiently. All staff where polite and professional from start to finish. The guys did a great Job that was completed in one day.

Absolutely professional and friendly service from start to finish. Highest standard of work carried out and wouldn't even have known work had been done they tidied up when they finished. Would highly recommend.

Great service, survey was straight forward and fast. Boiler was installed within days of survey. Installers were professional and no mess was left behind. Boiler working fantastic and price was best around. Overall a great company.
