I messaged the company numerous times…

I messaged the company numerous times to have a second email added to my account (apparently you can only have 1 even after wasting your time
doing multiple ID verifications). I didn’t hear back from them for 3 weeks! I have no problem waiting during busy times but that’s just unreasonable.

Hidden taxes added on

It’s my first time registering with Refundid, and after I put in all my details and went through the whole return process, it wouldn’t let me go further without committing to a carbon tax and insurance, neither of which I needed. I would not have selected this option had I known this. There was no way of opting out of paying the carbon tax. Not happy!

Carbon offset button

Accidentally clicked carbon offset button and no way to go back so I had to pay it once I pressed it. I was in a hurry, distracted by children and didn’t see then inconspicuous/ minuscule button in the corner that gave me the option not to pay it. Just seems a bit cheeky to do it that way, so I would recommend making the alternate button clearer or at least having an option to go back.

Still waiting for mt refund after more than a month

Returned my items to DeCjuba 1 day after I received them. DeCjuba agreed and said that Refundid processed my payment. It has been a month and I still haven't received my refund.

Will not be shopping at DeCubja again....or any company that uses Refundid.

Refundid was good up until a couple of days ago when my account just stopped working messaged them and they replied that my Refundid can not be used no reason why so messaged again but their was no reply I’m just wondering is there something going on with them are they a scam

Please encourage companies to avoid using this platform

Honestly so sick of companies using this scammy platform. No I don't want to create an account, no I don't want to be charged extra for insurance and even more so for postage. Companies please I beg you just use your own returns portal instead of using a third party to do it. Sincerely, your customers who hate it.

There is a pop up box at the end about…

There is a pop up box at the end about carbon neutral stuff - it’s already clicked but SHOULD be an option!! When you read it, it looks like you need to tick the box to accept to pay that extra when actually you need to tick the box to NOT accept it!! Very deceiving and not user friendly at all… would not recommend. Bit of a scam and I’m not happy.

Unauthorised postage insurance deduction

While it states that it is free to return there’s no mention of insurance cost, it is automatic deduct without my authorisation. If I would know there is any charge on return, I would drop it in the store. 
The website stated, “You have 7 days to ship back your item/s. Refundid is 100% free for all customers, with no subscription, set-up or transaction fees. Excludes in-store purchases, gift cards and items that do not apply to our return policy.”
This is misleading claim that it’s a free return if insurance is being charged. It should clearly states in your term and conditions so customer is aware of it. Not just automatic deduct without authorisation. 
Please reverse the insurance cost and the refund, I will return in store instead.

Refund rejected 8 days after goods received

Items were returned and I received confirmation of this from Country Road. Refundid then sent multiple reminder texts which caused concern. I contacted them to advise the items had been received by CR and have not had any reply or acknowledgement. I have then had my refund of almost $150 cancelled. I am really dissatisfied with this experience and will escalate the matter if my refund is not provided soon.
