poor communication
Upon ordering some headphones for my daughter as a birthday present on the 4th October 2025 I questioned why my item was taking so long? so i email and to my reply was told the item had been delivered and was left in my brown bin that I had put out for the morning to be emptied in which it was at 7 am there was no card posted about this item and I was also at home the time they said it was delivered so god knows to why it was left on my bin.
so now the item was no longer there in which I contacted to raise this and to see what i should do? The reply was nothing they wouldn't contact Royal mail and go thought the process with them so I left it for 4 weeks and still nothing I then contacted them again and they said they was waiting on Royal mail still so I rang royal mail to be informed that they try and aim to reply within 30 working days so thought I would give it a few more weeks with it being Christmas too.
iv have since emailed yet again in the 6th January to raise my concerns about this issue to have had no reply since I have exchange 21 emails about this item and I either want a full refunded or the item being delivered again .

Got airpods 4 a few months ago as a christmas present. Opened them on christmas an theyre fake. They jingle, cant turn sounds off in settings, they even come up as earbuds 4 on iphone. The sound quality is terrible. Ordered months ago ready for christmas so wont even get my money back

Sorry to say but this is a scam. I ordered refurbished Airpods and was provided with Chinese copies.
Following the response from the company I need to reiterate that these could well have been ‘remanufactured’ but to a point that they were no longer recognizable as Apple products. The software and hardware were not original and did not correctly function or pair with genuine Apple products. I repeat my assessment of avoid.

Ordered "Apple AirPods Pro" but was actually sent really obvious fakes with no Apple branding.
Did get a refund, but I am out the return shipping.
Absolute scam. No way they didn't know they were fake.

Bought what claimed to be Apple AirPods. It was delivered a completely different product obviously not Apple. I’ve sent it back and they gave me the wrong address, so it was impossible to have sent it back. What they are doing is illegal and they scam people in the light. I hope you close down, disgusting

They are not “refurbished “ they are cheap Chinese copies that the software has been hacked to look like Apple AirPods.
The serial numbers don’t tie up to Apple, software doesn’t work either.
Anyway - going to report this to my credit card company for my money back.
