I made a mistake on address for the delivery and it was sent to the wrong address . I told Regency Hampers what I had done . They were terrific they got in touch with delivery drivers who them selves were very good and drivers retrieved the item and through regency hampers they then delivered to the right address , a Big Big thank you to Regency Hampers and there delivery service .

What an absolute rip off !!!!
The hamper i bought cost £50 after a discount of 20% from £64. It arrived and was tiny compared to the impression the photo on the website shows. I costed the contents- around £20 worth - if that. Disgusting rip off. I wanted this for a charity raffle prize but was too embarrassed to add it to the prize draw. Shame on you Regency Hamperd

The delivery was swift and well handled. The courier had to try twice - this was well handled and in quick succession. The recipient was pleased with the hamper, which was well presented in a seagrass basket which his cat appreciated! 😁 I will certainly use Regency Hampers again.

Good variety of contents
Good website with lots of choice. I was kept informed about delivery at all stages. The hamper was a gift so can't really comment about the contents, but recipient said they were lovely.

Rotten fruit in original and replacement hamper
I received a Fresh Muffin, Chocolate, Fruit & Nut Hamper as a gift, and the grit came rotten. The bananas were black, the green grapes were missing and the red grapes were mouldy.
When I wrote to complain, Regency Hampers sent a fruit hamper rather than a 1-for-1 replacement.
The replacement fruit hamper was smaller and was also missing green grapes and had rotten fruit.

It seems you contacted us directly concerning some of the fruit that was initially received. We dispatched replacements for all of the fruit, not solely for those you brought to our attention. The muffins, chocolate, and nuts were unaffected, therefore replacements for these items were not issued - we did inform you that we would send replacement fruit.
We have not received any direct communication from you regarding the replacement fruit, so I regret to learn that this was also not satisfactory.
