I recieved the hamper as a corporate gift so I’m unable to offer a opinion of ordering process and how that went, however I can certainly comment on what I received , the packaging and presentation were phenomenal , the contents were excellent and this contained a lot of fresh fruit which considering I had missed delivery and came the next day , the selection of items( this was a get well gift) were in line with occasion and can honestly say having sent Fortnum and Masons hampers in the past I will changing supplier and using this company,truly appreciated items and basket has been put repurposed and put into bathroom as this is also very well made.Craig

Avoid this seller…
They don't tell you that the recipient has to sign for the delivery. They attempted to deliver order on Friday but the recipient wasn't in so then wasn't delivered until Tuesday by which time all the fruit was mouldy and smelling. They said they would deliver Sat but my daughter was in all day on Sat and no attempt was made. I think it is unreasonable for someone to have to sign for it and even more so that they don't tell you this when ordering. Also the stipulation that it has to be signed for is hidden in the small print. Terrible customer service. They offered a bit of money off another hamper - that is not resolving the issue. I should have received a refund. Avoid this company.

We’re sorry this order did not reach the recipient on the intended delivery date.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, FAQs, and order communications, all deliveries are sent with a signature requirement to ensure gifts are received safely and securely. The parcel was dispatched on time and delivery was attempted on the requested date, however the recipient was unavailable to accept the delivery.
In an effort to help, we arranged and covered the cost of a premium Saturday re-delivery upgrade with FedEx, but unfortunately a second delivery attempt was also unsuccessful. Due to the Bank Holiday weekend, the next available delivery date was Tuesday 26th May.
We appreciate this was frustrating for you and understand your disappointment. We did, however, fulfil the order as agreed and made additional efforts to secure delivery at the earliest possible opportunity. We have also communicated with you directly in an attempt to resolve matters fairly.
We value all customer feedback and continually review both our service and communications to ensure the best possible customer experience.
