Ich finde das Konzept von Regus einfach…

Ich finde das Konzept von Regus einfach spitze. Als Außendienstmitarbeiter brauche ich kein Büro. Es ist immer jemand da der meine Post entgegennehmen kann oder Fragen beantwortet wenn ich möchte. Wenn ich einen Kunden treffen möchte und nur Unterlagen schnell anzusehen durchzugehen brauche ich da keine großen Reservierungen vornehmen. Manches geht auch auf Zuruf wenn man möchte. Die Stimmung ist immer gut herzlich nett und auch die Leute wo ich so getroffen habe an alle sehr gut zu sprechen.

A scammers company.

Hi, long story short: do NOT use this trash company.
We wanted a virtual office. Their support literally told us it’s a monthly plan. Cool.
Turns out? It’s actually a full-year commitment, and you can’t cancel.
I signed up for $50/month.
They’re charging $127/month.
PER. MONTH.
And here’s the insane part — and I’m pretty sure this is illegal:
When I first signed up, they asked for a credit card. I tried using my debit card, and they rejected it.
So I said whatever, I’m not even gonna use this service. Didn’t pay, didn’t use anything.
All good, right?
Nope.
Two months later, somehow they added that same debit card they rejected, and charged me $220+.
Like… what??
I had to contact support just to remove my card and tell them to cancel everything. Their response was basically:
“Yeah no, we’re gonna keep charging you. You can’t cancel.”
No clear warning about yearly commitment. No cancellation. Just straight-up trap.
Absolute garbage company. Their whole model feels like a scam.
Seriously, stay away.

Edit: there was no satisfactory resolution like they mentioned in their reply, they want me to pay the full amount of the entire period to end the contract.

And I've confirmed with VISA that the charge was made from a debit card. The kind they claim they've refused.

Either way, I'll be hiring a lawyer for this matter.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment.
As the worlds-leading flexible workspace provider, we’re confident in what we do and do not “scam” our customers.
You signed an agreement with us until 31 March 2027 so you could enjoy a preferential monthly fee.
This represents a formal commitment and we’re unable to end it ahead of the agreed date.
You should confirm the end of your agreement through your online account (myregus.com) by going to My Account > Products and Services > End Agreement.
Please also be reminded that automated payments can be processed by credit card or direct debit, but not by debit card.
Regarding your billing issue, a member of my team has contacted you and provided a satisfactory resolution but you can contact me at lorraine.brule@regus.com if I can help further.

We are sorry for your disappointment, but your comments deserve defending.
You purchased a Virtual Office product through our website. The confirmation of the online purchase acts as a valid agreement. This confirmation/agreement is available in the Documents section of your online account.
We do not store or update customers’ payment card details. All payments are processed using the credit/debit card that you entered, authorising such payments through it.
We also confirm that a request to end the agreement has been submitted in line with what you purchased, the agreement will end on 31 May 2026.
If you have further questions, you can contact us through the ‘Help’ section of your online account (myregus.com), check your agreement and invoices here and also speak to our chatbot ‘Aurora’ there.

This includes the setting, the comfortable working environment in the co-working space, the impeccable quality of the welcome, and the availability and helpfulness of the center manager and her part-time colleagues. The diversity of profiles of those who come to work here is both friendly, interesting, and enriching, both professionally and personally.

A infraestrutura é muito boa

A infraestrutura é muito boa, os colaboradores, especialmente no nosso caso a Juliana são excelentes, e o custo beneficio muito bom!!
O que coloco como ponto de melhoria é o constante problema com internet que a unidade do Centro enfrenta e a logistica de correspondencia pois, rescentemente tivemos um episodio de correspondencia bancária que foi recepicionado pela portaria, sumiu e não houve quem responsabilizar. Somos advogados, recebemos correspondencias de documentos originais por exemplo e precisariamos melhorar tal logistica.

I initially rated Regus Boksburg three stars based on my honest experience. However, I was unexpectedly pressured by a staff member to change my rating to five stars, which left me feeling uncomfortable and undermined. A genuine review should reflect a customer’s true experience, not be forced or influenced. Professionalism and respect for client feedback are crucial in the service industry. Unfortunately, this encounter discouraged me from returning to the center. I hope management takes note and fosters a culture where authentic feedback is valued rather than coerced
