Please let me speak to someone who understands. the Customer Assistant wants to close the case.when she has not resolved it.

As explained to you by our team member, your payment card has been charged according to the outstanding balance, and it is accurate.
We recognised your concern about an unallocated payment. Please be reminded that our customers can always submit the proof of payment online (myregus.com) and be sure to include payment references when making the transaction so we can allocate efficiently. Difficult to do business with

When things are running, I think they tend to run well. We used them as a mail-forwarding service and all was well. As soon as we had a personnel switch, we couldn't get through to anyone, left both voice and email messages but never received a return. UNTIL they sent a collections agency after us for bills we were never receiving. So we paid up as it was easier and told them we no longer require the service. But instead of cancelling, they just kept billing, but to the new address they got. When we called to cancel, we got a run-around, then they left us on hold for 20min and counting - and I could not cancel on-line either. The whole experience has been a disaster and I would not recommend anyone even consider their service.

Update with reply - Since September 12 I have tried to cancel this account and it is now Nov 5th with no success, even though a representative has reached out and indicated even he can't seem to reach the appropriate people. There is no doubt the handoff was poorly handled (out of my control), but its continued neglect is the issue. I'll reach out to Lorraine directly with a willingness to update my review, but it shouldn't take a bad review to get service.

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment, however, please allow me to put the matter into context.
Your account administrator has left the company, and you were not added to the account, nor was a request submitted to the centre team to do so. Under GDPR, centre teams cannot update the primary contact without the prior admin’s consent, who should have added you to receive system communications.
The renewal notice, effective from 1 September, was sent to the administrator in June, however, you were only added to the system on 12 September following your engagement with the collections team, after the account had been suspended due to non-payment.
Please remember that your centre team is available to answer any of your queries. Alternatively, you can contact me at lorraine.brule@regus.com if I can help further.

Disgusting service

The Regus accounts department refuse to accept that they owe me one month's rent. I have sent them proof of the over payment and once again they have shut down my complaint. This has been going on since April 2025. The staff at Regus - West Malling have been great at de-escalating my complaint, but all that the Regus accounts do is deny it. They wont listen to ne, despite my evidence i.e. bank statements. I am at the end of my tether with them.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint. Regus takes customer service extremely seriously and we’re committed to resolving this matter promptly.
Customers can ensure their manual payments are allocated by submitting the relevant documentation through your online account, myregus.com (‘Account’ tab). We have since received this documentation from you and allocated the payment for you – your balance is now correct.
By setting up an automated method of payment such as direct debit or credit card, you are saved the hassle of arranging manual payments and possibly incurring late fees. Setting up a direct debit or credit card payment is simple; it can easily be done online. You will have an allotted number of days each month to review your invoice before the payment is processed.
A member of my team has contacted you now and will clarify further if needed.

Corporate machine designed to scam

Just a corporate machine designed to scam money out of remote workers for services that are never provided. I took a 10 coworking desk booking per month package for $250. Below is my experience:

1. Used only twice horrible experience both time,I prefer a coworking desk for its open space but first time was assigned a seat in a room with no windows something looked like a store room with a desk and a chair, second time I went to a different building only to be assigned a seat in the lounge/ kitchen, when I asked that this is lounge and I booked for coworking desk I was told this is what it is, he’d to spend entire day working with people making coffees , heating up their food, having lunch etc etc.
2. Customers care is hidden behind so many hoops and doors, it feel useless to even try
3. While signing up for the package no where it said that I couldn’t book desks beyond 5PM or earlier than 9AM using my included visits, I.e have to pay extra if I want to use the desk before 9AM and beyond 5 PM and also would have to pay entire amount if I want to use it on statutory holidays

As the worlds-leading flexible workspace provider, I can assure you that we don’t ‘scam’ our customers. You visited of our centres and were provided with the workspace that was available. Whilst we recognise that this may have not been to your liking, we cannot always guarantee that you the spaces you would prefer are available. Should you wish to relocate, any centre team will work hard to provide you with an alternative solution.
Our centre teams are your key contacts. If you have any questions, you can contact them directly or by submitting a query through the ‘Help’ section of your online account (myregus.com).
You certainly can use our centres outside of usual business hours but for security reasons, you must access during opening hours to gain access. Each centre can specify their requirements for you.
We’re in contact with you directly now and will clarify any pending concerns. Thank you again for your feedback.
