Complete scam
Complete scam. On the site, they offer mail handling and scanning on the base virtual office plan. Yet after signing up, they kept trying to charge us an extra $30 for "mail forwarding". We called them several times to clear this up and they said they would cancel the charge and scan our mail. Instead, they never scanned any of our mail and continued to charge us the extra fee. We were waiting on them to scan a critical tax document for 2 months. When we finally convinced them to provide the service we were paying for, they claimed that their scanner was down. We ended up having to drive there to get the mail in person, which was loose with no envelope. No idea if they had any other mail for us than this 1 letter and we will surely never see it if they did. We asked to cancel and for refunds and were ghosted in response. You can only cancel a a month in advance and still have to pay for a final month. The end result of using this scam service was setting about $400 on fire and having to pay fines to the state tax dept since we could not access our account for 2 months.
