My experience with renting a temporary conference room with Regus was not great. But they took our complaints very seriously and refunded our money promptly. We used the room and completed our work. So they have great customer service.

Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
