Office impression and internet access

The impression of the office feels professional which is what you want when you are starting out your business. My only concern is the open network when you have lounge access. I have resorted to wifi hotspot to reduce compromising confidential info. I was advised a closed network is not an option on the lounge package which basically then does not include "free" wifi as advertised.

Exceptionally BAD service all round!!

Exceptionally BAD service all round from Regus and in particular Regus Southdowns, Centurion, ZA.

I'm glad to see so many one star reviews on here and on our local company review site hellopeter dot com. It indicates many other people experience their service just as atrocious as I did.

To summarise:
- Extremely unethical when it comes to charging your account with charges that are never explained upfront. When inquiring about them whether you don't receive a response or you are met with the default "its in your terms and conditions" - the hallmark saying of unempathetic people in the service industry who is just in it for leveraging hidden fees.
- Arrogant on-site staff. Talking ill of other customers in the presence of customers.
- No office vacuuming or desk cleaning for days on end.
- Toilets are filthy. No soap in men's bathroom for day's on end.
- Staff don't reply to your e-mails.
- Call center replies to e-mails with ill informed information.
- Adds late fees to account whilst I'm still waiting on feedback on what these charges are in the first place.
- Adds retainer fee of same value as the office every month on my two month rental.
- Charges restoration fee only to find broken furniture in the office on occupation.

From experience I know this review won't get a response from Regus even though they reply here and say it will.

We are sorry that you are frustrated but your comments are heavy and unjustified.
My team have contacted you directly and clarified that all your invoices are correct and in line with your agreement.
We’ve received no feedback related to the behaviour of our centre team, but we’ve escalated your comments.
We take cleanliness very seriously. Your office is cleaned several times a week and the common areas daily, along with the bathrooms. This is a standard procedure and has been shared with you directly.
Late fees were applied to your account due to payment concerns.
By setting up an automated method of payment such as direct debit or credit card, you are saved the hassle of arranging manual payments and possibly incurring late fees.
Setting up a direct debit or credit card payment is simple; it can easily be done through your online account (Account > billing & payments section). This means that we could also credit the payment retainer that you received (just once, not monthly as you have claimed).
Lastly, the restoration service enables us to return your office to its original condition.
You received a squeaky (not broken) chair which we immediately changed for you but then you preferred the original ‘broken’ chair. Your comments do not reflect reality.
You’ve declined to speak to your centre team any longer so my team will assist you now. Thank you.
