I’m very sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
I understand that you want us to remove the office restoration service charged to you.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer. This service is part of your agreement and payable. The same has been clarified to you by your centre team.

I have been using Regus Sawgrass for my weekly team meeting. The staff is incredibly friendly. The office is clean and has everything you can possibly think of to hold a team meeting. Very accommodating.

Barbara and Jose at the front provide exceptional customer service. They are quick to provide assistance, always personable, friendly and easy to interact with. They mix a great blend of professionalism and friendliness and are simply a pleasure to work with :-)

My Regus office is amazing, first class customer service. It’s like I’m staying in a 5 star resort but in an office space. Barbara is my favorite representative there from the sawgrass office. I don’t know what I would do without her.
