This billing process has been absolutely awful. I would not ever recommend Regus to anyone. I have so many erroneous charges and refunds on my account. An example is 07/31/23 I receive two charges $159 & $134 charge when my bill is $134. 08/08 and 08/28 I get refunded both charges. On 08/31 I get two charges again, $134 and $32 on 09/22 I get refunded both charges. I have no idea what I have been billed until I look at the business bank account. Honestly the Westshore Tampa office is the worst looking Regus building I have ever been in. I will say it is my first time looking in Tampa but in other states I have lived like North Carolina, even the lower priced locations look better than this. I would not want to invite a client into that office.

I’m sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction but there seems to be some confusion relating to your account; the “refunds” you refer to are the payments you made.
We work hard to ensure full transparency in our invoicing process.
Our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
1. Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears.
All your invoices are available in the ‘Account’ section of your online account (Myregus.com) where you can also view your statement and payment history.
At Regus the maintenance of our facilities is very important and we can assure you of our highest standards.
Your centre was recently undergoing construction work which has clearly given you this impression, a senior member of the local team will contact you directly to discuss this with you and a member of my team has contacted you to clarify your charges and account statement.
