The office staff was very friendly and helpful and professional. The facility was busy but private for sort term business and meetings when necessary. Free parking is always a plus.
I always get great service from the staff at Regus. And I recommend regus whenever I'm able.

Not business MAIL friendly
Be careful if you have much mail that comes to you. They will try to make you pay a monthly fee for every name or will reject the mail. Also, they have a lot of undisclosed fees, and you will need to pay a large fee when you leave. I will stay the term of the contract and leave at the end of the term and never look back. Worst business decision I have ever made coming to the Dultuh Regus office. I should have just signed another regular lease with the building since I've had a regular office there for more than 20 years.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment.
We always ensure that any questions regarding services and fees are fully clarified before an agreement is signed, including the fact that the mail forwarding service is considered additional. This service is not currently active on your account and it will not show in your monthly invoice.
The end of agreement fee you are referring to is our office restoration service, designed to save customers time, expense, and inconvenience by providing a fully prepared workspace without the need to engage multiple external contractors.
When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.

Awesome staff and office

DO NOT RENT OFFICE SPACE FROM THIS COMPANY
I wish I could give zero stars. I rented office space from this company and it was the worst experience ever. Surprise charges to your account, very questionable business practices and high turnover, so you never get used to their staff. STAY AWAY!!!
