Beware before you sign a lease. This place is uninhabitable.
Days and days without running water in the entire office. Two weeks without AC at the start of summer in the entire office. The office looks like it hasn't been updated in 40 years. Roaches in that bathrooms and office rooms.
I don’t know how the city hasn’t shut this business down or corporate doesn’t care about the Savannah locations.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
At Regus, we take the maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities very seriously and remain committed to upholding the highest standards.
A member of my team contacted you via email and determined that the images you submitted, purporting to show poor conditions, were sourced from the internet and not from our centre.
Given that your primary intent appears to be seeking cancellation of your agreement, I must advise that we cannot consider this request as valid.
Please note that your agreement has been renewed through 31 July 2026, as no cancellation notice was received within the required timeframe.
If you have any future, and valid concerns, your centre team remains available to assist you.
