The financial accounting is a mess
The financial accounting is a mess. I paid all rent but it was not processed adequately and then the legal department without checking their own accounting first send a inappropriate and offending letter . I had to forward 3 times proof of payment but still no sign of correction. I am not impressed with this 'service', i have a startup other issues to focus on. 06 02 2025 update : i forward detailed proof of payment of 2 invoices via one bank and another via my other bank all 3 to thé ING bank of Regus, my banks confirmed thé transfers have been doen , who is fooling who ? Is Regus ING bank a black hole where money dissappears or if thé accounting not qualified to adres in coming payments in spite that account number is correct, my Regus account is correct ,thé invoicenumber is correct ? Further i gave 18 12 2024 agreement for domeciliation of thé invoices to Regus but they still not managed to contact my bank for activation, now i want to make again a payment but i fear it dissappears in their limbo again.. please advice how i can solved this ongoing hassle , some one ?

You have received the collection notice due to account restriction caused by the non-allocation of the December invoice payment and the non-payment of the January invoice.
As my team member explained to you, our finance team is unable to allocate the December month payment based on the proof of payment you have provided and requires further details. We have escalated this matter again with the further details you have provided now. My team member will keep you updated on this.
Payment for the January month invoice is required to reinstate your account. Please make the necessary payment arrangements.

Ezel stoot zich geen 2x aan dezelfde steen...
Vorig jaar informatie gaan opvragen, omtrent het outsourcen van onze inkomende telefoons, een effectief online secretariaat waarbij de telefoons aangenomen worden en beantwoord worden. Na bezoek en ondertekening contract nooit meer iets van gehoord...zelf in de waan dat ze niet geïnteresseerd waren in mijn project. Naar aanleiding van een bezoek aan mijn spam-box kwam ik er vorige maand achter dat ik sinds september vorig jaar iedere maand een factuur krijg...voor wat ? voor niets, nada noppes. Via mail aangegeven wat ik aan de hand heb, situatie uitgelegd, maar hier werd heel duidelijk dat je maar een nummer bent. U heeft wel getekend meneer, dit kreeg ik als antwoord...Ik heb geen enkel telefonisch contact meer gehad, geen enkel schrijven van hun gehad, helemaal niets ! En nu zou ik +/- 3000 euro moeten betalen...Ik heb dit in het verleden ook enorm veel miserie gehad met hun kantoor in Brussel... Blijf hier weg...

Je huidige overeenkomst is op 7 augustus 2023 ondertekend en sindsdien worden al je facturen maandelijks naar het door jou geselecteerde e-mailadres gestuurd. Het is een formele, zakelijke verbintenis. We werken samen met onze klanten om hen te helpen hun bedrijf te runnen en te laten groeien, maar we hebben ook een bedrijf te runnen en kunnen een overeenkomst niet eerder beëindigen dan de einddatum.
U kunt uw overeenkomst beëindigen via uw online account (myregus.com) door naar Account > Producten en diensten > Overeenkomst beëindigen te gaan.
Vergeet niet dat het team van uw centrum beschikbaar is om al uw vragen te beantwoorden. U kunt ook contact met mij opnemen via lorraine.brule@regus.com als ik u verder kan helpen.
