SCAMMERS AVOID THIS COMANY - Hatfield Bishop Square
"I had a very troubling experience with the sales manager at this Regus office. He quoted me a different price and also did not disclose other charges when I visited the site. Additionally, he bombarded me with phone calls every day to complete the setup process. After signing the contract, I realized that I had been misled and wanted to cancel before the start date, but they refused. The pressure and the phone calls have affected my mental health. I have lodged a complaint with the office of the ombudsman and the Trading Standard AVOID THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAMMERS.
01/08/2023 - Updated the review after Customer Support tried to contact me. They are even worse than the salesperson. This company should not be allowed to operate. The public should be very careful when renting a place from them. It's a total mess and a rip-off. It's better to look elsewhere if you're wanting an office hire.

All of our services and costs are detailed in the agreement you signed. Any that you do not require can be opted out through your online account. Transparency is fundamental to us and we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel agreements.
