This location is nice and clean. I think the staff are nice. However, the economy is a little challenged right now. I have 3 other offices. The other two locations are a little more humble and understanding when it comes to me paying my rent late. I have been with Regus since 2017. Some things are out of our control due to the economy. The Summerlin location manager is a bit more stricter than what I am used to. I understand it is business. However, during these trying times, this location is a little more stressful than the other two locations. Other than that, she is a sweet person.

Our teams all follow the same collections policy and, in such situations, our primary concern is to encourage payment in order to avoid any potential service disruption. It is certainly not our intention to cause additional stress and I sincerely apologise if this was the case.
We do understand that it can take time to set-up payments. You can save this time by arranging automated payments to avoid situations such as this.
Setting up a direct debit or credit card payment is extremely easy. You should log onto your online account (myregus.com) and visit the My Account > Billing and payments section to adjust your settings. You’ll still receive your invoices well before the payment date, giving you time to review them and if needed, seek clarification.
