I’m sorry for your dissatisfaction.
I understand that your main concern is about the office restoration service and usage of the centre address as your business address.
The office restoration service is a part of your agreement. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer. This service was correctly charged to you.
It was noticed by your centre team that you’re still using the centre’s address as your business address although your agreement ended on 31 January 2024. It was clearly explained in our agreement that, the customers are required to remove any reference to their centre address within 10 working days from the end date of their agreement, otherwise a charge will be imposed on them. The centre address needs to be removed from your contact details.
The other issues related to your billing, renewal and renewal price increase have already been addressed by your centre team. If you need further information, please contact them as they’re your key contact here.
