The meeting room was clean and quiet and there is a TV screen which can be easily connected to our laptops for presentation. The lady serving us was friendly too!

Regus requires 3 months deposit or 2months+credit card registration.
When we missed payment for 17 days however, they suspended our office use and imposed a late fee on us. Payment was made immediately the next day, however office remained suspended for 6 days. Nobody answers the call when we called to query why. Nobody call back when you leave message on their mailbox, so we had to go to the office to see their manager sitting at the counter doing nothing.
He told us to "create a ticket" in their portal, explain the issue, then someone will email us back. there is nothing he can do. He explained that though payment was made many days ago, we were supposed to write to them to unsuspend the office usage as their back end will not know about the payment made and they refused to compensate our loss of use for the many days they continued to charge us for.
Though we rented the place for 6 months, we did not take note that they have a clause to auto renew contracts 3 month before expiry. We missed an email sent to us barely 2 months into our contract to inform the auto renew at a 50% price increase. On the last day before the renewal, their manager emailed us again to inform the renewal, which we replied we needed more time to consider, but it was auto renewed anyway at 50% increase price and we are still refuting the non agreed renewal.
Hot water supply is faulty for almost 2 weeks now, aircon was spoiled for almost one month before. ALL NOT COMPENSATED. Overall, not recommended at all.
To Regus, please educate your internal team to communicate, rather then passing the nuisance to your customers to self help when fault arise from your team, AND PLEASE agreed to end our contract with your company at the original 30 November 2026 as we specifically say we need time to consider.
Please respect your customers choice when they say they no longer wish to do business with your company.
Please revert to confirm our end contract date on 30 November 2026.

I understand that your main concern relates to the renewal of your agreement and your request to cancel it.
All our agreements must be ended online in accordance with the required notice period. As outlined in the terms of your agreement, renewal pricing is based on the prevailing market rate. Your agreement was not renewed with a 50% price increase.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive a courtesy reminder email.
According to our history, you received this email on 10 August 2026 with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (myspacesworks.com). You can check this renewal reminder email in the My Account > Documents section of your online account. We confirmed the renewal on 01 September 2026.
On 31 August 2026, when your centre team contacted you about the renewal, you requested more time to review it and did not ask to end the agreement. This communication cannot be considered a request to end your agreement.
We would like to confirm that your concerns related to centre facilities, account restrictions and billing have been addressed promptly.
