Regus's OVERCHARGING AND OVERBILLING
Regus's invoicing and billing system is buggy, I was charged with multiple invoices, even after setting up payment - it didn't go through, I paid manually and it went to black hole, multiple emails and back and forth and IT support tickets didn't resolve it, my invoice remain unpaid despite money transferred. Then I was charged with multiple more invoice for retainer/deposit because I was marked as an account with no auto-payment, and then I was threatened with late fees despite payment being made. In the end my monthly cost should be around SGD 300, but the latest invoice is SGD 1,300 go figure what kind of organization extort their client so much despite their own system failing.
I warn everyone not to contract with REGUS, go with other co-working space
