Hidden fees and dishonest practices
Be aware of hidden fees and dishonest practices: they applied a “restoration” fee to an office that was received with chipped wall paint and a dirty carpet, dismissing my logical argument on what restoration means, which is bringing something back to its previous state.
You are also required to give a 3 months notice of you need to terminate the lease; any time past that mark will nullify your right to terminate the lease.
It is difficult to reach a live person if you need clarification on your charges. You need to email via the app to get in touch with someone.
Update: I am taking another star off after reading the response posted by the Regus representative.
Lorraine, you are well aware that my review was posted when the attempt to resolve this issue with the Regus team miserably failed.
Their response was equally dissatisfying as is yours, Mrs. Brule. Behind typical corporate language diplomacy, you are concealing the dishonest practice of holding the tenant’s money without offering proper justification.

Our office restoration service is included in all customer agreements to help save time, reduce costs, and avoid the hassle of coordinating with multiple vendors like IT and phone technicians. Just as your office was fully prepared for your arrival, we provide the same for every customer.
Its true that we ask for 3 months notice on long-term agreements so we also can make future plans as a business. We detail this in your agreement and send renewal reminders so you’re fully aware. You received yours on 9 September and 23 September 2024. Your current agreement, which runs until 30 June 2025, is a formal business commitment. While we’re here to support your business growth, we also have obligations and are unable to end agreements prior to their expiry.
