Great experience at this Regus. The meeting room had everything I needed, staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking nearby although the road layout makes it a little difficult to find.

Violating GDPR regulations
As stated in my previous review, my entire experience with Regus has been a terrible, chaotic one. I would advise anyone to avoid Regus at all costs.
Firstly Regus took 3 months to process a simple refund delaying and ignoring me every step of the way. In addition they are now ignoring my GDPR requests, and violating the law & GDPR regulations.
Do not use this company.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this again.
You purchased a virtual office online, but as you are under 18, we are unable to provide the services.
We are disappointed that you felt the need to complain publicly again, as the refund of your payments has been processed, and all emails were responded to efficiently.

No Auto Renewal Notification
They don't notify you about auto renewal on your contract then ask you for 3 months notice to cancel.
Shady scammers. Do not use.

Hi, we’ve tried to identify who you are in order to assist you to no avail. For you to come on here and call us names but give us no chance to try and help you, is just not fair or accurate for that matter.
At Regus, we take renewals very seriously and take great care in communicating how the process works.
It’s our goal to make this an efficient and simple process for our customers. Prior to any renewal, customers receive a courtesy reminder email. This email includes detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (MyRegus.com).
We apologise if for any reason you didn’t receive this reminder. This could be due to your account details needing to be updated. Please log on to your online account and check that your phone number and email address are correct. It is also worth checking that our emails are not landing in your spam folder.
All our agreements can be ended provided they meet a specified notification period and it’s in the terms of your agreement.
