As you’ve already been in contact with our support, we will prioritize an internal review of your case to check why €60 was retained and whether it was applied correctly. In some cases, an order can be split into multiple shipments due to transport constraints, which can lead to separate logistics/return handling being counted per parcel—however, this needs to be verified against your order and the communications you had with our team.

Please reply here with your ticket number or order number (or send it via our contact form in your customer area) so our service after-sales team can quickly locate the file and provide a clear breakdown of the amounts retained and the reason behind it.

We’re sorry to hear that you received tyres with the wrong speed index.

So our service team can check your order and the product delivered (and find the most appropriate solution), please contact our after-sales service by opening a ticket from your customer account on our website and include:
- your order number
- the speed index you ordered vs. the one received
- clear photos of the tyre sidewall markings and the label on the parcel (if available)

If you already have a ticket open, please share the ticket number here and we will prioritize your case internally.

We’re sorry to read about this situation and we understand how frustrating it is to be left without the tyres and without your money.

For returns/failed deliveries, the refund can only be processed once the items are physically received back at our depot and checked by the warehouse (quantity/reference/condition). That said, if DPD shows the parcel is already back in our logistics chain, a 10+ day wait can indeed seem unusually long and should be reviewed.

To have this handled quickly, please open a ticket via your secure customer account (or our contact form) and include:
- Order number **31961125**
- The **DPD tracking number / proof of return**
- Any photos or documents showing the delivery issue / incorrect items

As soon as we have your ticket, we will **prioritize your request internally** and ask the warehouse/backoffice to confirm reception and move the file forward as fast as possible. We can’t confirm a refund here without verification, but we can ensure your case is followed up properly and without unnecessary delay.
