They don't follow instructions even after asking them to place in a safe place. They they've been throwing my parcels in front of my door in plain sight instead of follow my instructions

Zero stars should be an option. They have not got 1 delivery correct. This delivery was left on front door step under my sign that says not to leave it there and when I came out to speak to the guy. He literally ignored me. I wasn’t rude or loud. I said please don’t leave parcels at the front of the house and thank you and he completely ignored me and walked away. Disgusting service and very rude. Can the driver read my delivery instructions or the big sign on my wall next to the door??? Worse than evri and thats being polite. I’m extremely disappointed with this delivery company. My parcel was collected from the sender a long time ago, yet it still hasn’t arrived and the tracking information hasn’t updated at all. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get an update, but I haven’t received a single response.
The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. It’s frustrating not knowing where my parcel is or whent will arrive. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.:::

If I could give zero stars I would absolutely useless company the drivers wont deliver to a block of flats because they cant be bothered and when my parcel did show up the driver practically threw it on the floor and said dont complain next time I will be using a different service from now on as this one is absolutely shocking
Drop off point doesn’t exist
Sold an item through Vinted, went to two different pick up / drop off points which simply do not exist.
Delivered to wrong address and gone missing
Delivered my Vinted parcel to a different address down the street, did not attempt my door at all and shoved it on top of a spiked gate on the street from which it’s gone missing. Put me off ever buying through Vinted again.

Received a message saying delivery was 3 stops away, so I went to the front of the building as I live in an apartment, stood there for a few minutes then got another message saying delivery attempted at 11.33, I was stood right there waiting!!! Emailed the customer service and was told delivery was attempted and might as well of called me a liar, rubbish service and doesn’t deserve the 1.3 star rating
Do not use Relay on Vinted
There is no way to contact Relay to enquire about a delayed delivery. The contact us icon does not respond. My package is days late with no update. It now says I have to wait a month before reporting the package as missing. What kind of customer service is that?

I am writing to formally complain about the delivery service.
On two separate occasions, my parcel was marked as “unsuccessful delivery,” despite the fact that I was present and waiting at home during the entire scheduled time window. On the most recent date (29th April), I remained outside my property from the start of the delivery window (approximately 2:00 PM) and did not leave, yet I still received a notification at 3:47 PM stating that delivery had failed.
There was no attempt to contact me, no knock at the door, and no delivery note left behind. This raises serious concerns about whether any delivery attempt was made at all.
This level of service is unacceptable. I rearranged my day, including personal responsibilities, to ensure I would be available, yet your system inaccurately recorded failed delivery attempts.
For comparison, services like Royal Mail provide clear tracking information, sender identification, and reliable delivery attempts. Unfortunately, my experience with your service has been the opposite.
At this point, I understand the parcel may be returned to the retailer. However, I would like:
1. A clear explanation of why deliveries were marked as unsuccessful
2. Confirmation of whether any driver actually attended my address
3. Steps you will take to prevent this from happening again
I would appreciate a prompt response.

This is the most unreliable delivery company!!! ASOS uses them and so far very bad for ASOS, I made an order a few weeks ago and as I have an All year next day delivery I was expecting my parcel on the next day obviously but Relay company lied that a delivery was attempted but was unsuccessful and they rescheduled the delivery for after two days!! Yesterday I made two Asos orders and were expecting them today, surprise surprise the one that was with Evry arrived today on time and of course Relay AGAIN lied that they attempted a delivery and it was unsuccessful and they rescheduled the delivery for 1st of May!! ASOS has to carefully look in to their partners as Relay are unworthy and unable to provide good customer service. Very disappointing that I pay for next day delivery but on two occasions so far I had to wait for my order as a normal delivery!!

A parcel was due to be delivered (my address/postcode is simple) I received a WhatsApp message informing me delivery was made, 2 photos were provided as proof, sadly these didn't contain a pic of parcel and more importantly they weren't my address. Worst delivery company I’ve ever used
Worst delivery company I’ve ever used. If you want something quickly don’t use them. It can take over 25 days for your item to be delivered and you pick it up off the floor full of other people parcels. Shocking. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried for a second time and here I am a week after it was posted still waiting for updates… never use them again and I’ve blocked them from buyers sending my own parcels via their services.
