The lenses I ordered were shipped in the window specified and were exactly as I ordered.

I brought prescription lenses from reloptix for PSVR2 as wearing glasses inside VR wasn't comfortable for long periods, I was always worried about scratching the lenses and I wasn't getting the full VR experience with a physical barrier between me and the headset.

These have made a world of difference and I can play for longer and get more immersed in the game. The fact that they are so easily removable (thanks to the magnetic attachment) mean that I can easily remove them when someone else wants to use the VR without having to worry about them breaking, and this really is one of the things that put these lenses ahead of their competition.

They arrived in a high quality strong box for protection when not in use and to keep them safe through the shipping process. Each lense comes further rapped into a protective pouch so there is no chance of them getting scratched. I was really impressed with this attention to detail.

The customer service is excellent - i reached out to them to get help with my prescription to make sure I was having the correct lenses made and they were able to go through the details and confirm things were correct. My original order was lost by UPS and once again customer service came through with fast replies and fast problem solving - they were able to very quickly get me a replacement shipped with minimal hassle. It's this level of customer care that has compelled me to leave a review, which is something I don't often do.

The prescription lenses I got for my Quest 2 are fantastic. They are good quality, easy to install, and seeing clearly without having to wear glasses is wonderful. Ordering and uploading my prescription was easy and the lenses were on my Quest 2 in about 10 days.

Next to VR itself, this is the most impressive thing I have experienced with my Quest 2. I wear progressives and have such dry eyes that I can't wear contact lenses, and I hated the experience of glasses with the headset so much that I was thinking of selling it. These lenses were affordable, arrived sooner than promised, took all of two minutes to insert, and have changed my experience completely. I don't think I've ever been so easily impressed by a tech-adjacent product. I tend to be pretty critical of companies, especially as I get older and more crotchety, but in this case, about 10 seconds after I snapped in the lenses and put on the headset, I wanted to hug the people at Realoptix for making VR enjoyable and painless at last. Thank you!

Reloptix delivers an excellent product for people who need vision correction. The price is right, and shipping only took 1/2 the time that I was expecting. My experience with the whole process of ordering, installing and using was something I rarely see from the majority of businesses these days. Quick delivery, excellent product and easy to install.

I had to put my VR (metaquest 2) aside due to frustrations with my glasses. They got in the way, they fogged up, and they hurt after a while.
Until now.
I am amazed at how legitimate this product is. All those problems went away *SNAP* just like that. Additionally, I was pleased to see a signed card from Jason and Will. This tells me these men stand by their product and take pride in their craft, as well they should.
TL;DR: If you are on the fence about whether or not to invest in this product, then the debate is over. This is literally and figuratively a game changer.

Scratched upon arrival with also being dusty

I was on my last leg . I thought something must be wrong with me . Everyone said how clear PSVR2 was and how great it looked , but to me it looked worse than my old gear vr and that's not a joke . Sometimes it almost looked like the old snow static on TV channels you didn't get. I first got a new headset which helped about 50 percent . So clearly those people saying there is nothing wrong with the headsets were wrong and I wish I wouldn't have let them convince me It was me. Still it wasn't enough . It just wasn't good enough not to break immersion. Last chance effort I tried these . I couldn't believe it that they help me. They don't even advertise for that. Another 30-40 percent reduction in MURA and now I finally see why people like it so much . Can't wait to get caught up on the games. I cannot guarantee these will work for you but if you are like me you are ready to or have already returned your PSVR2 and now I love it

I was tired of wearing my glasses with the PSVR 2 because I couldn't get a good fit and I didn't want either my glasses or VR lenses scratched. I read an article about prescription VR lenses. After doing research I chose Reloptix due to the positive reviews. I ordered them in April and it was super easy to order you can manually input your RX or the better way and to make sure you don't make mistakes is just to upload your rx to their website. I got them today 12 May 2023. When I ordered them it was in the pre-order stage so I already knew there would be a wait. About a week ago from today's date I2 May 2023 I got an email saying they had been shipped. When I got them today and opened the box I was super impressed about the packaging the cardboard shipping box was very sturdy and when I opened it to my surprise there was a smaller hard case that reminded me of a pelican case. Inside the case are the inserts and the lenses and a microfiber cloth. There is a QR code to scan for install instructions and install is super easy. The adapters snap in and they are marked L and R to match the lenses. The adapters can stay in permanently so others can use the headset and the lenses fit into the alignment holes and clip in via magnets. I fired up the headset and had perfect vision as if I was wearing my glasses. This is a very quality product and you can tell they care about their product. The lnserts so not obstruct vision in any way. The lenses are in a cloth bag that is marked left and right. The lenses come with the anti blue coat. The other companies I looked at were charging way much more than Reloptix. The best thing that came with this was a hand written thank you note from the owners not stamped or printed because you can see the pen marks on the paper. Please do yourself a favor and get these for your VR headset.

Great product! Took a while to get to me but I guess they were still developing the fitment for the PSVR2. The prescription was perfectly matched and I love that it came with a nice storage box to keep the lenses safe when not being used. I am very hapy

I just ordered a new set of lenses for my Quest 2. The current set of Reloptix lenses I have now have been AWESOMSE!! for the past 2 years. It is so nice to go into VR and not have to worry about glasses. My prescription has changed so it was time to come back to a GREAT company that does quality work. I am quite confident that I will receive the same craftmanship and quality of work.

The prescription lenses for my Oculus, while expensive as there was duty added as I'm in Canada, are well worth the money. My glasses did not give me a great viewing experience, as they moved around and would be out of focus due to the jostling while playing games. 100% better vs using glasses!

I am super happy and excited about my lenses. It has made my whole experience with my Oculus 2 so different! It's more comfortable to wear because I don't have to wear my eye glasses! Yes you still have to use the spacer, but who cares! I don't have frames being smashed into my face. Even with my prescription, I see really well and so crystal clear. Talk about under promise and over deliver! I thought sure with my prescription it would take weeks for my order to come, and it only took 10 days for me to get my lenses!

The Reloptix lenses are absolutely amazing alone but the care and attention to detail in packaging and shipping is the gold standard for valuing customers! Granted I was amazed at the "Pelican" style case the lenses arrived in but including a handwritten thank you for my business in the incredible packaging truly showed a level of commitment to their customers most companies do not share! I am a huge fan and will spread the word about Reloptix to my friends and family and I encourage YOU buy your VR lenses at Reloptix. You will be impressed!

OMG These are PERFECT! I do not know why I waited so long.
Anyone with Glasses NEEDS to get these Lenses.
VR is So Much better with the lenses and I do not feel that eyeball hitting the lenses feel like I did with my glasses.

The packaging and everything else that was in it was nice, very well thought out. The frame that clips onto your lenses had a slight issue on the left side. The right side was a breeze, it took no more than a second to install it however the left side took some repeated force to get them on to where I almost felt it would never fit. It could of been the tabs out of tolerance, I really don't know

That was pretty minor, why I made it 3 stars was the left lense didn't have no coating, I'm not sure if its the blue light coating, the no glare or what, but you can even feel how when wiping the lense it doesn't move the cloth over it smoothly and it looks so hazy whenever I try to clean it. I work for essilorluxottica so I do know a thing or two.

Item showed up as delivered but never arrived.

What an enormous difference! The longest I was ever able to game with my VR headset with glasses was 40 minutes. I got my Relioptix today popped them in easy peasy, and played for 90 minutes. No headache, or vertigo. I have a special order prescription and it was perfect. Very happy with my purchase.
