I purchased Reloptix lenses for my Pico 4 but had concerns with the fit. After talking with customer service, they sent a mailing label to return the lenses for inspection. Reloptix corrected the problem and mailed the lenses back UPS 2-day. As many have reviewed, these lenses are a fantastic alternative to glasses in VR. Very professional and great customer service.

Great lenses, now I can finally read the DCS panels well, the construction is accurate and precise, the lenses fit very well as per the video and stay in place.
Very serious and reliable seller, always responded to my emails within hours with very detailed and complete explanations.

They fit perfectly and make using the Quest 2 headset so much nicer. The prescription is spot on. I like that I can easily pop them out so others can use the headset and then I can pop them back in on the magnetic base that fits over the original lens.

I pre ordered the oculus pro lenses from reloptix and I regret waiting this long because other companies have lenses for cheaper that are already released, the wait has not been worth it would rather get vr wave and get a refund. I’ve had the previous lenses and they work great but the pre order product is not recommended just get what’s in stock

I am amazed! These lenses have totally changed my VR experience. Best $90 I have spent in a while. I uploaded my prescription (I have progressive lenses...old eyes) and I was skeptical. I am a believer now. Additionally, when I emailed the team to check on the status of my order, they emailed me back instantly. I can't say enough about how pleased I am.

Oculus Quest 2 prescription inserts came out PERFECT! I furnished them with my prescription (and I wear progressives since I need glasses for both near and far), and they set the lenses just perfect for the focus point of the Quest 2. Turnaround time was a little shorter than advertised, which was amazing since it was approaching Christmas when I ordered..

Just received my lenses they are so much better then I expected. So easy to install. I ordered them in Australia on the 17th December and received them on the 30th December> I'm so impressed clear vision improving my quest 2 experience. I have also ordered normal lenses to clip on when other family members are playing to protect from scratching my quest 2 lenses. Great company fast delivery . The tabs on the lenses makes easy removal with out your finger prints on lenses

This is an updated review; it was edited. Communication was outstanding. All questions were responded promptly. Jason was assisting me with a purchase and he went above and beyond to accommodate my order to a last minute change of address. Unfortunately there were issues as missing screws and bent frame with the prescription. I decided to not to get the replacement offered and order from a different optician instead. Jason promptly refunded the purchase. Thank you.

Originally, when I purchased these lenses for my quest 2, I did not realize that readers are considered prescription lenses. This mostly because, even though my optician gives tells me a reader strength (2.50) I can purchase readers at Costco or Walmart without the use of any type of prescription. They are off the shelf. For this reason, I did not think it necessary to reference the “prescription help” sub menu on the website. It turns out this is essential. If not, one might put in their number and simply place the order. I did this and thereby didn’t know that a reader strength of 2.5 needs to be modified to 1.0 for use for VR headsets. For this reason I was initially very disappointed with the lenses. The company, however, has great customer service and the response time was quick and we were able to get things resolved satisfactorily. So I am modifying my review as this company clearly is trustworthy and a good way to go for lenses for your VR headsets. Thanks so much.

I like most wear glasses and playing with a VR headset is a pain. I took a chance on getting some prescription lenses after reading about Reloptix and other companies. I liked Reloptix because of the design and the ease of attaching and removing. Absolutely hands down the best decision I made. The freedom and joy of putting on my headset without having to put on my glasses is emotionally priceless. The quality is on point and they are thoughtful with design and ease of installation. The case is super cool and the team well they are even cooler. I can't thank the team at Reloptix for making my VR game play that much more enjoyable. I can see I can see!!

I'm so incredibly blown away by not just the product, but the customer service, that I don't even totally know what to say. My glasses prescription is high, high enough where when I ordered them, I immediately received an email asking if I put in the prescription wrong! My glasses are bulky, and wearing them with a Quest 2 was cumbersome. These lenses are a game changer in every way. Not having more gear on my face and still being able to see is incredible.

More than that, the post office never delivered my package. Reloptix helped me deal with them and become whole! How wild is that? Reloptix was always responsive in my emails and helped when they absolutely didn't have to, the problem was never on their end, but that's how much they care.

If you have a prescription and want to dig into VR, these are your people.

BUYER BEWARE !!, They claim fast service for optics, NOT TRUE , I never got my order ONE MONTH ELAPSED with excuses. No immediate refund either , they claim cancelation but still waiting. Im assuming they dont even make the glasses onsite either.

I've been struggling with blurriness in my Quest 2 since I got it. I wear prescription glasses, which do not work out very well in the headset. I found out about Reloptixs in Dr.Eye's video in YouTube and decided to give them a try. What an amazing difference these lenses made! Beautifully packaged, quick delivery by a company who truly takes the customer seriously. It has totally changed my Quest experience! Okay, first and foremost the product is excellent. Truly super high quality. Easy to install, magnet mounted so easy to remove on the fly. Perfect work on the prescription and PD. They come in a rugged military grade case. The part that stands out the most is the service. Hop on their Discord and and you are chatting with the folks that make these things. Not some agent, but the real deal. They will answer any questions, help with your order, check with you on delivery day to make sure you get your lenses.
